    So, just to update my situation, Show.Z got in touch with me to let me know they can still get me the DS Long Haul, so they'll send out a replacement soon as they can (which was the important part for me, more than the refund). But also, they were able to work with me on selling the wrong item at a great price...which my buddy saw and asked about when he picked up his KO MP-44. So that part worked out, and I should have the figure I want en route.

    I'm a patient guy. So long as that gets to me, I'm happy. I'm sorry for those having difficulty. I would really suggest trying to work through it, but individual people have to decide for themselves what's best. I get that.

    Yeah for the most part its been a fair go at customer service with them. But how many times can you excuse a screw up right? I dont know them they dont know me. The only relationship that matters here is the exchange of money for a service or good. I can easily prove how much I have purchased and about 95% of those transactions have been ok. At times im biting my nails wondering if I will get my item. Others here have stated it takes a long time. I have been even willing to pay that extra to get it into my hands a bit faster. Everyone has their own limits. Mine have been at the point at which I will not tolerate anymore. The troll is right. I have been here adding my experience only because its the last place i can go to vent my frustration on a Thread dedicated to them. Im not even sure Paypal at this point will be able to help me because its been 4 months. So I will need to plead with them my case. The troll thinks i like doing this and wasting my time going to small claims court to pay 122 dollars and going to court because magically my item didnt appear. I dont know, maybe to some that sounds like a lot of fun.

    And Yes I will admit ShowZ is WAAAAY better than BBTS, TFSOURCE, and HLJ. Their prices are competitive. However, one thing i have really noticed over this COVID period Business' have really stopped being civil CS has gone into the tubes and as everything goes digital it seems CS goes the opposite way. I WOULD love nothing more not to come here and make it clear the issues i have been having. But like i said, there isnt a good mechanism to provide remedy.

    But here is an experiment. How about we reverse the contract. Ship the item, when I receive it then i complete the contract by paying for it? Business would hate that because all the trust would be on the customer, well in my case or all of ours its on the business . Something to think about. AND..one more thing. IM not really angry at SHOWZ i either want my money or my item...nothing to do with emotion.

    Almost four years buying on ShowZ, never a piece missing. They always replace all broken / missing parts on the after-sales contact service.

    Unsure exactly how they're responsible for missing pieces but it sucks you've had bad luck with manufacturers.

    While Toy Dojo is my preferred vendor, I like to use show z as my backup. Never had an issue and I received a shipment of DNA-DK15 from them yesterday. Less than a week from order to delivery and it shipped out of NY.

    After all the shipping issues I received my Nicee Arcee and the packing was absolutely stellar. My only complaint was the shipping once it was in the US and dealing with Pitney Bowes. I do believe that that may be out of their hands though. I don't know how the carrier is decided once it is in the US. She was about $20-$40 cheaper on ShowZ than most other sites. I would give Show Z overall 5/5 stars and I would recommend buying from them. I know I can be impatient when it comes to shipping times though and that is part of the reason that I cannot fault them for that. I would only recommend trying to find a way to use a different carrier once the package is in the US if possible.

    And thats all I'm really complaining about. This is the first time I've had them use eTower and it's pretty bad. The package disappears for over a week with no updates, and then gets a vague update that doesn't mean much. It's a little frustrating for a pricier figure to just float around in limbo with no idea where it actually is or whats happening.

    I have 2 orders that were preordered before I moved last year. The first one arrived at my old post office. They wouldn't hold it for me so they forwarded it. Since its not first class they said they would either send it back to showz or it would be disposed of(destroyed). I had no idea the post office did that to packages. The other is in transit. Can't believe that the post office might throw away $250 in merchandise. I know showz will make things right but still pisses me off that I couldn't just go and pick it up

    I'm currently waiting for 4 packages since the order was fulfilled late July. Three of the orders sre perpetually in "Ningbo/has a boat" status and one FINALLY has made it to my state so I'm likely to see it in the next week or so. Yay!

    I'm already looking forward to the Jinbao seeker trio to be the next ones to ship. Ooo and Tigatron, yes yes. My wallet hates me.

    Don't read too much into it. Most orders go through without an issue. Many of us here are just frustrated and need to vent.

    I'll offset my laments on my Andras preorder by mentioning my DX9 G2 Montana and Wei Jiang Fire Scorpion both arrived in perfect condition after about two weeks.

    After hearing that show.z was going to try & get away from PB for shipping & then it appears to have gone back, it makes me seriously wonder if the alternative they tried was even worse than PB in one way or another & show.z simply had to go back to "the devil they know" to get a somewhat subpar experience. We'll likely never know all the ins-and-outs, but it is something to consider. Folk here complain about PB, but there could actually be much worse.
