Been to a small corner-type mall on HK that has all toy shops. There was also a street market for toys. Can't remember where exactly, been more than 10 years ago.

But yeah, watching videos like this makes me miss travelling.

 

Just paid the remaining balances on 3 preorders that are now in stock with LBP
KFC P-6C Castoff 520 yuan (does not include the 30 yuan preorder deposit previously paid)
KFC P-6D Scraps 520 yuan (does not include the 30 yuan preorder deposit previously paid)
Fanstoys FT-44 Thomas 850 yuan (does not include the 30 yuan preorder deposit previously paid)
So what I paid today is 1890 yuan + 3% Alipay fee = 1946.70 yuan

LBP will be shipping out all 3 items today. They will arrive at the SB warehouse within 24 hours.

Also, for FT-44 they sent me a link for DX9 D12 Gabriel but assured me that that what they will ship is FT-44 and not Dx9 D12. They just had to use the Dx9 D12 link to process the order because they did not have a link for Ft-44. They adjusted the price accordingly. I explained this in detail in the remarks section on the Superbuy forwarding request for verification on the FT-44. I also explained this to the SB customer service agent as to avoid any delay in storing my item. They assured everything will be fine. I would just need to confirm the FT-44 item once the SB warehouse receives it. Then they will put it into storage.

 

Great deal on those, hope it all gets delivered to you soon! Any chance your seller still have any FT-44 in stock (I know it will be at a much higher price than the pre-order price now)?

I heard that for some reason unknown to me that they've recently stopped carrying FT products. I think they are only fulfilling pre existing FT preorders and that's it.

 

Oh you bought it from the infamous "Little Bee Prince", the Taobao retailer that started the whole "FansToys is gonna be shut-down" conspiracy theory!  

 

They are one of the more reputable shops in the GuangDong province where most 3P originate, them dropping FT is bad for all sides.

 

Congrats on having secured a FT-44 pre order and paying the balance. So I guess you paid around 880 / 900 yuan in total for Thomas? If so, I guess then that the final price should be about 1,000 yuan or slightly higher. This is based on the diff between FT pre order and normal price.

 

So around US$131 excluding International shipping.

When did you place your pre-order?

Mine was on 1st April last year and I didn't receive any notice.

Try reaching out to them to find out the status of your preorder. Make sure to give your preorder number. That's what I would recommend. I also include a screenshot of the preorder record too like this:

Contacted LBP last night about FT-44 Thomas preorder. I'm just getting a "wait patiently for news" response. Anyone else get a different response? I did preorder on 9-14-19 so they are probably still processing orders in order. Just putting out the response I got if its any help to anyone.

 

Yes, i'm also waiting my final payment request from the same seller, @stinkyshawn if you don't mind and get the info sooner than me, can you please let me know how much he's asking to pay to complete the order?
