Unrelated, but I'd seriously kill for that Thundercracker letterman.

Sorry to revive the thread, but the Billy and Mandy episode "Wishbones" had a TF reference. The creator Maxwell Adams did also state Evil Con Carne was inspired by Transformers and G.I.Joe.

In the flash Cisco says “ it’s like watching transformers in 4D”

In Batman the animated series there’s an episode called his silicon soul the opening scene starts off on cybertron factory and has an autobot logo

and in clerks 2 one of the guys say that he’s excited for the new live action transformers movie

and a whole bunch of them

That one has always been interesting to me. I wonder if the creators thought they were getting away with something.

Transformers weren't really popular anymore when Batman: TAS was being produced, and nobody suspected a revival would be just around the corner, in the form of Beast Wars.

I wonder if calling the electronics company "Cybertron" was intended to be a deep-cut reference but, with Transformers becoming so evergreen, it becomes a very on-the-nose reference.

Character designs in SSSS.Gridman were influenced by Shattered Glass.

Cy-Kill(Her name is Tonkawa Sakiru, Tonka Cykill, and she even dies in the first episode!)

The studio that made Gridman, Studio TRIGGER are huge fans of Transformers. They've made fanart, but this is about references.
    So here's Classics Optimus:
    Astrotrain...
They also put references in their Gainax shows before they founded TRIGGER:
An entire episode homaging Transformers in Panty and Stocking. I'll show a screenshot or two.

And a Decepticon insignia in Gurren Lagann.

There was a reference in season one of Amazon's The Tick series. In the series Tick has no memories prior to being the Tick, so he has no idea who or what he is; in the latter half of season 1 he fights a robot that looks vaguely like himself so he starts to believe he might be a robot and acts accordingly. Some time later he's speaking to his sidekick, Arthur, and I forget the exact phrasing of it but he ends the conversation by saying something along the lines of "...it seems that things here are more than meets the eye. " and after a beat Arthur just looks at him and says "You're not robot, Tick."

I’m not sure if this is really a reference but in infinity war when vision gets the stone removed from his head he turns black it’s similar to when Optimus dies in transformers the movie 1986

    Everybody Loves Raymond:

There is a RID 2001 Ultra Magnus in the background of the living room (behind the couch) in some episodes.

Of course, Brad Garrett voiced G1 Trypticon.

G1 Shockwave was used as a piece of set decoration in Aliens (1986).

LOL I thought I noticed something familiar in Luke's basket when he pulls it up to the treehouse in the 1990 Roald Dahl book adaptation!

    Galvatron in the Witches.jpg

Was just watching Cinema Snob's review when I noticed it... There is also a Battle Cat from MOTU in there. :)
