So after doing some minor stuff to mine. I noticed when I went to transform him, that one side would not line up no matter what I did. So I took a closer look and on the arm without the logo, I noticed some brown/black showing. I was like wth? So took his arm apart and the spring that makes his should ratchet was too strong. It was pushing the arm out from the ratchet with each movement. I took some plyers and squeezed the spring to remove some of the tension, put back together, and boom ... fixed.

Im seriously itching to get my hands on this! I’m hoping gundam experience will translate to this for a quick and painless repair job.
According to usps they are still waiting for it. According to newgistics it’s gonna be here the 10th. So it’s anyone’s guess

I tried to mix match the face and faceplates of the S1 and S2 heads, but because of how they have different inner designs they aren't compatible, I haven't tried with the battle damage one though.

LOL- my official showed up missing half of the ratchet in his left upper thigh. Guess the KO guys copied the official too closely.

Any East Coast 11ers get theirs yet? Mine has been hanging out in NJ for a few days.

With all the issues, problems, fixes... is this guy worth picking up for $100 USD?

I already have 2 TT MP-44s... just wanted another for posing and photos.

I mean, once you've done the basic fixes, the rest are optional and all of them are fairly easy. I have essential tremors so fine detail work is really hard and I was able to do all of the ones i listed along with the tab fixes on the legs. If you've already spent enough to get 2 officials, I don't think another benny is gonna hurt you lol.

I have both and the biggest plus to the KO, other than no chipping paint, is the shake test. The entire upper body and legs on MP-44 wobble all over the place when you shake it. None of that happens on my copy of the KO. It feels more solid. It’s possible, being a KO, the joints will turn to mush and sooner rather than later. But for now the only part on mine that doesn’t lock into place is, ironically, the AB crunch. Out of the box that tab comes nowwhere near anything and won’t lock down. I’ve played with the screw and checked the front and back halves of his waist and I can’t figure out what’s happening there. But since it isn’t fused shut and isn’t floppy, it’s not the kind of mystery to which my mind demands an answer so I’ll probably just let it ride. At least for now.

I contacted ShowZ about sending that part or replacing the figure entirely, just waiting on a reply. I’m not going to spend much time repairing anything in case I get a clean swap

Also check the pin holding the matrix chamber. It's not pushed in fully and makes everything out of alignement...
