I really loved Shockwave's design in the dotm prequel comics. It was a mix of g1 and bayverse and knightverse (although this predates that). This design was so badass and his presence in the comics was so looming and threatening. I know most of the characters from the movie filler comics actually had their own toys like Longarm or Breakdown or Ransack.

At least I'd wanna see someone do a custom of either the comic design or 2007 videogame helicopter design

Although I’m slightly biased cause he’s my favorite character, Ironhide is still to me one of the best looking MPMs. He’s not the most fun to transform by any means, but his robot mode is spot on, looks so good.

 

Nice, do you have a shot of it clipped onto the hand? That's what I was curious about seeing since I couldn't figure it out myself.

He's definitely the best looking for sure. They just need to reengineer several key interior parts and reconfigure some of the transformation.

 

A custom based upon the prequel comics design theoretically wouldn't be too difficult. You can see in that second image that it uses the final DOTM design as a basis (the legs and left forearm are directly lifted from Nizzi's concept), so the rest could just be sculpted/transplanted.

The ROTF Recon Ironhide I've purchased online from Carousell has arrived today (That's certainly faster than expected), and man...... this vehicle mode is just as badass in-person as it did in pics.



Some of the grey plastic parts do suffer from a bit of yellowing, but expected as this figure by now is 11 years old. Still, Recon Ironhide here looks quite awesome with the weapons, roll-bars, and..... silver lightning stripes?

Hello everyone! After a long hiatus from collecting, I opened up my Studio Series Wave 1 Voyagers Starscream and Optimus that I bought two years back, I am HOOKED!

Over the past month, I’ve been catching up on this fantastic line, all MISB until I find a good time to open each of them individually at some point:

Finally completed him ^^

Is this guy HELL gonna be standing on 2 legs, got a nice config going so the weight is evenly distributed and his head has a bit more support ^^
