Just wating on some guards to complete my shelf (for now): Yeah, I realized that like an hour later. After I record my videos today I'll move the equipment out of the way so I can access both Kingpins to let you know about the whites.
Does anyone know if the Storm 2pac is pack with other sets or does it ship to Target in its own box? I wanna know if it's shipping in the same box as the Prof X/Magneto box.
Thanks! I got a notice on my phone from Target that it was in stock so I went to the store and a guy walk out the aisle with the last one. Many of the Target's in my area has the X/Mags 2pac, so I just wanna know if the Storm could have not shipped to those store's yet.
I'm interested in seeing this too, though I probably won't bother tracking down the leg and torso that I need. Maybe if I hadn't bought Puma loose and had a spare Kingpin torso laying around I would try it. The Kingpin BAF is the only example I can think of where the original BAF is much better than the deluxe reissue. (Well, unless you count AOE Apocalypse, I guess). I much prefer the all white suit and it's what I picture when I think of the character. Not a fan of the more cartoony asthetic, but I'm also not paying $60 plus for the BAF soooooo new deco it is.
Which leg? The reason I ask is because jru may be buying my extra Kingpin torso and left leg if the whites match up. If he doesn't want it, are you interested? As for which is better, I prefer the comic accurate suit. I like the purple pants with the yellow vest. In fact, I think Kingpin looks pretty boring with just white and black on. Maybe if he's some generic hoodlum it would work, but he's the Kingpin, he's supposed to look auspicious and villainous.
I saw the Marty and biff at walmart the other day. Cool to see some of the older turtle packs recirculating. Guess maybe they're re releasing them. Those are all great pickups.
