like everyone else still waiting on the email that the PIT has shipped.

A bit of good news. After 2 weeks of tracking my rotorstorm, Fedex along with Hasbro concluded that my package is lost. But Hasbro shipping out a replacement rotorstorm. now the waiting game begins

Just been charged for Profit Director Destro...this is getting ridiculous. I am more than willing to wait on this figure so Pulse can get their act together and ship premium members hascon items.

Whatever reason there is for not shipping the Pulsecon exclusives to everybody who ordered on the first day, it clearly cannot be explained by "we're very busy and will get to them eventually." Even if that is the only explanation anyone's been able to pull from a Hasbro rep so far. This is why we need an official and plausible explanation from them.

my apologies. When I said “nothing to complain about”, I was thinking more in regard to my own individual experience. But based on how I structured my comment I can see how that came across as dismissive to the everyone here. Again my apologies. We’ve got a newborn at home and the last few days she’s been helping me understand the practical effects of sleep deprivation on speech and communication.

if I was in you’re shoes I’d be frustrated too.

No worries, and sorry if I came across a bit aggressive, it's just frustrating, especially when they are continuing to process orders (like my allicon that processed today). Congrats on the newborn btw (assuming it's yours and not a family members)

I don't think the delay has much to do with workers, but with stock (or large holds on cards as others have stated).

There's stuff I ordered after the Pulsecon stuff that has shipped out promptly (I ordered a Dark Beast, for instance, and he shipped out right away). Unless they have multiple distribution centers or something.

Meanwhile nothing I ordered from the convention has actually shipped.

Oof, another huge swing and a miss. Although you definitely win a ton of point for being the most pompous, by far. Yet again, it has nothing to do with throwing a fit because “we want our toys now!”. The frustration stems from the idea and fear that we may not get them at all.
Seriously, some of you guys need to chill with the self righteous advise. It’s demeaning and it’s not wanted. I already have a therapist and you know what? There’s nothing wrong with taking joy in small comforts, especially in times like these, even if that’s not the point here and now.
What’s your business, anyway? And do you offer a paid premium membership? Do you not honor that membership? Do you shut down all communication when things get hairy? Please let us know, so that we never shop with you.

Put me in the "pretty pissed" category, as well. The delay is one thing, as I figured they would get slammed with orders. But I have a huge problem with getting charged for something that isn't in stock, after being told it was available. My Logan set was NOT a preorder, on premium member day. Now, people are receiving multiples, and on later orders? I'm never going to be ok with that. Combine that with their customer service ghosting everybody (and I have another sizable issue that requires them), and I'm ready to move my remaining orders elsewhere. This really is the only problem I've ever had with Pulse, but man, it's a doozy.

Yeah this is completely unacceptable. And when this is all settled I’m going to demand a refund for my membership. They sent me an email promising that if I pay them $50 I’ll get first dibs on a convention exclusive. Well I gave them $50, showed up on the first day, they took my $69.99 for the set, and sent me to the back of the line. Then they gave out a bunch of orders that were placed after mine, then they shut the door and turned off all the lights. Not ok. And they are going to have to make this right, somehow.

Gonna be straight - ya'll need to chill out.

I too am a day-1, pulse-premium order person, and my order hasn't budged. Yes. I am very eager to get the Quintesson Pit of Judgement, Lord Drakkon Evo III and (next year) the Hellfire Club. Once I get it I can do a partial reorganization of my display and update my collection photos.

I realize the involvement money changes anything, and folks react differently to that.
I realize that folks who pay for a premium-product feel like they get ripped off.

But seriously. Take a step back folks. There year has been utter garbage for *countless* people and it's likely to get a whole lot worse before it gets better. But this is a silly little hobby we're engaged in. I mean think about. We pay hundreds, and even thousands of dollars per year for molded pieces of plastic that are painted to resemble in a movie or television show from 30 years ago... something that existed then, to sell "merch" to the 12 and under crowd.

Why do we do it? Because it's an escape. Because it's fun. Because it brings relaxation. But most of all, because it makes us happy. There is no investment value in Transformers. But it's value is limitless when it comes to being a place where we can not worry about Covid, or the economy or meteors from space, for a little bit every day.

If Hasbro dropping the ball is stressing you out... chill. Seriously. You'll get your order. We'll all get our orders. Just be patient. Annoying... sure, but the tinniest inconvenience in life. In the end, we'll all get our painted piece of plastic. But if problems involving it are making you miserable, frankly, re-evaluate how you're conducting yourself with this hobby. It should never do that.

They’re shipping out new orders and orders for exclusives made after premium day before premium day orders. It’s piss poor management and the more people like you condescend others, the more pissed off people will get, so just stop trying to give lectures

So that was quick. Updated for Abominus and Super Megs.

Oct: God Neptune, Quintesson Pit (pre-orders), Netflix series 2 (WalMart)
Nov: Rotorstorm, Tiger Track, Ironhide/Prowl (Amazon), Ratchet/Paradron Medic (Amazon), Top Gun Maverick, Studio Series Devastator?
Dec: Hot House, Bug Bite, Black Roritchi, SS Universal Park Megatron, Autobot Clones (Amazon), Super Megatron
Jan: Cordon/Spinout, Gigawatt, Combiner Wars Devastator (Amazon)
Feb: G2 Megatron, G2 Sandstorm, Volcanicus
    March: TT Abominus

So I think we're waiting for official US reveals of ER Bluestreak, Thrust, Runabout, and the other Galaxy figures. We know they are coming, just not when and/or where. The TT Barricade may or may not be the same as the NF Barricade - we are still waiting to get details on that last (?) wave of Netflix figures.

I wonder if the Hascon exclusives are being handled differently than the regular releases? As in are they being handled by the same people, from the same warehouse, etc? It would explain (not excuse) at least why other orders are going through while the exclusives are getting hung up.

You’re right, you’re right. And thank you. I am a high anxiety person that gets really wrapped up in things and I’ve been super stressed about all this. Sometimes a (non condescending) reminder to chill can really be helpful. Seriously, thank you. I still stand by everything I’ve said, however.

We know where for Bluestreak and galactic odyssey, amazon. Thrust and runabout are more up in the air but as of the most updated info we have, they’re indicated to be target exclusives

It’s possible but it still doesn’t excuse their lack of filling the earliest orders first

So? Big deal. It sucks. But I'm sure they'll send them out in a week or two. It's not like it's crucial medication or something. It's toys. And no offense, but the lecture comes from a well intentioned place. As I've gotten deeper into "the community" in this hobby, I've come to see that plenty of people do it and are plenty miserable in the process, which is strange because I don't know how kids toys can make anyone miserable. I don't know if anyone in this conversation is like like that. But it's a slippery slope. And needless negativeness shouldn't be a part of this hobby.

Wanna see a legit shitshow worth being pissed about? Go look at the Megalopolis Toys thread for what is very likely a criminal enterprise that is trying to steal your money. The Pulsecon imbroglio? Yeah, it's a little lame but nothing to get bent out of shape over. We'll all get them in a week or two I'm sure.

But plenty of orders for a single one of the exclusives were delivered last week. And I've seen multiple cases where someone ordered 1 and received 2 so there's the question of do they even have sufficient stock to fill the orders now. One thing I thought was funny was the quentison set was the one exclusive to not go up for pre-order when it sold out. And it stayed instock throughout the day for premium members but sold out either just before it opened for everyone or immediately after

Keep your lecture to yourself, well intentioned or not.

for my personal experience my order was in at 12:01 on the 23rd. $127 was removed from my bank account at that time. 1 thing I ordered was put on backordered later that day meaning I was charged for a preorder that was bought while stock was in stock. Neither item has been handed over to FedEx after 2 weeks, yet there are people that ordered the next day have gotten their orders, plus some have gotten doubles. This is compounded by the fact that they turned off any possibility of fairly quick customer service. There’s plenty to be angry about from a consumer standpoint and your lecture, along with other people’s lectures are honestly not needed or wanted. It’s condescending. It’s not about having our toys now, it’s about the lack of communication, the violation of their own policies and the obvious screw ups going on with shipping
