He looks AMAZING! and even comes with a blast effect! I had troubles selling my Takara version but in the end someone was interested. Got him because was the only option of the mold in that moment but never really liked the teal and the sword. The Netflix version fills up everything I don't like about the Takara one and with a lot of accessories. Thought a purple shield will be better than a red one but this solid red looks fantastic. Particularly like the arm cannons and can't believe he even comes with Giza! Can't wait!
I'm also excited for this! Gonna be honest, I kind of hope it get clearance prices at some point like UM did so I can get some extra sets. I'd like three Fangtrons and one nemesis for a custom.
They need to just release wave 2 and 3 as shared exclusives like they did with Nemesis Prime. Unless you ok with them shipping out essential oils instead.
The thing about the teal is that it balances out his color palette better than just having a morass of black/red. The splash of teal has always done wonders to break up Nem's/Scourge's color scheme. Maybe all the trinkets took away the teal paint budget from Hasbro... who knows? Either way each release has its own pros and cons.
Thanks to grayback, this is definitely the worse of the 2 decos. Unless the side cannons have their pegs tweaked and/or NP's side panel ports tweaked, they are not going to stay on. Suspicious this may be why one of the non-render pics had the arms positioned so that the side cannons stay on by gravity. Still keeping order for the black trailer.
Finally some truck images... the trailer is dark black..so it combines better with Takara's Nemesis Prime. That settles it for me. I am selling Hasbro's robot and keeping the trailer and accessories for Takara's Nemesis. Facebook Groups
Damn! It DOES look better with the Takara release. What was even the point of this new Nemesis Prime? Why not simply reissuing the TT toy with the new trailer?
Tbh, its not a bad looking alternative to Takaratomy\'s Nemesis Prime. Loving the trailer and extra stuff packaged.
I have no need for the trailer, so I'll probably put it up for sale. I'm a little on the fence on the weapon plastic colors for the dual blasters and Giza. I'm not sure if it will look better than the PotP Nemesis version.
Netflix looks better to me, also definitely the better value with all the extra accessories and even minifigs. Takara has the superior black shade but way too much teal for my taste, the insignia and the side windows looking especially cheap and tacky.

Yep....i do need this. Havent gotten ER prime and skipped siege so this will be a nice all new experience for me. Really makes the first spoiler pack a pathetic offering. Do we know what the spoiler text is yet?
