I doubt we’ll get the slanted antennas, since it’s straight in the teaser. But I’m banking on the pink head. I’ll be shocked if it’s not. Yes, likely the exact same as Volcanicus.
Not really up for an altered deco Abominus either. I like my POTP edition quite fine. If it's somehow another combiner, I'll definitely have interest. If they want to re-release an existing combiner they've done in the past few years, it should be UW Computron in the original deco or maybe with an improved Afterburner paint job (closer to the one his CW counterpart had) which is the only way I see that set getting better than before.
I didn\'t mind the potp with the upgrades but they got to work on those legs. My abominus still leans agains the wall for support
I'm not gonna lie, I'm really tired of the Combiner Wars system figures, especially since these seem to be retreading what's already there. The Volcanicus isn't bad looking, and I like the overall system letting Hasbro to finally get a move on proper combiners, but I've just lost all interest for it and moved on.
Can't wait for this. Abominus' cartoon colors are so much better and being able to get a Hun-Grr without the garbage stickers is always a plus.
If this is just a repaint of Abominus, then it\'s an easy pass. Wake me to when TT start doing combiners that fans have actually asked for, like Battle Gaia, Guard City, etc.
Hun-Gurrr is really the only one to change. Wouldn't it be more prudent just to release him alone with the accessories? Aside from him, the only other 2 they can change, but not by much, are Sinnertwin and Rippersnapper.
I am all in even if it just turns out to be Abominus done up all toon accurate like. I live for that shit. The only issue ill have with this set is that I don't know what to do with my customized set of POTP Terrorcons... I doubt anyone would want to buy them.
Man, Toy-focused homages? Heck yeah. Heck i would love to see some Power Core Combiner guys on the side.
