Walmart (customer service) said sorry for the mixed up and was nice enough to honor my original purchases price for doubledealer and megatron, when i placed a new order.

I know I will be getting them correctly since its not coming from walmart.

 

Or a corrupted index from a duplicate key insert. Those are fun too.

Is Walmart letting you all keep the oils?

 

They are having some issues. I recently ordered a 3 pk of poster frames and got a $130 dinnerware set.

And this is how workplace violence starts lol. My favorite is is when some genius adds in “%” into the descriptions. It’s about those times when they suddenly get signed up for every political email list I can find haha.

 

This thread convinces me to never order Transformers from walmart.com.

 

I'm not getting a response from them. kinda wondering what happens if I just take the thing to the store.

I honestly couldn't find a chat or email to contact the website with. I've also been sick all day so maybe I missed it. I should look again.
I first learned of the essential oils problem on twitter and after trying to figure it out, complained at them there, and the initial response was "hey dm us about this" and no reaction since I did that.

And it’s a good idea. But for $50 Sky Lynx and $30 Double Dealer and no choice at all for Soundwave and Bumblebee, well I will risk it.

I read somewhere walmart.com and brick and mortar walmart finally combined as one unit in recent months after ~20 years of operating separately, perhaps that contributed to the mess ups

 

Yesterday I received $30 Doubledealer. Luckily for me so far, I haven't had any mixups from Walmart orders - I even received Scrapface which erroneously had the picture of Chromia in the listing, which had me worried until I opened the shipping box - but it is discouraging to hear people are having issues lately.

 

Stupid question, but for a lot of this stuff (the $30 Doubledealers for example), do we know if they were actually being fulfilled by Walmart? The Walmart online store is honestly a less-regulated Amazon for the most part, and I wonder if some of these essential oil scams have been caused by some third-party screw-up instead of Walmart themselves.
