It's September again, curiously quickly this year... almost as if 6 months has just disappeared? How strange. What this means is it's calendar time again! This time I won't be leaving it to the last minute to put everything together (like last year). Also because I believe I won't be doing any new background templates this time I will have extra time to try and come up with some different bonuses... What are the bonuses? I don't have a clue right now, don't ask me. Ideas ideas... I need ideas. The way this works is every year for the last 5 years I make a Transformers community calendar, but the pictures in it are by YOU the fans! To check out all the previous calendars read this thread... 2D Artwork: - 5 YEARS OF FAN CALENDARS They're genuinely amazing... if I do say so myself... So, picture submissions in this thread please! Preferably landscape and as high res as possible! If too many people submit portrait pictures that may force me to come up with a new portrait template, and we don't want that do we? Nosir, we don't.

I believe it's the 20th anniversary of Robots In Disguise in 2021? Perhaps that could be worked in to your calendar theme some how for all the RiD fans out there? Just a thought!

CALENDAR UPDATE WIP, pictures are placeholders from a previous year, the birthday glow has to be added and there is a error here and there but this is pretty close to what we'll be getting. Every month's background is different based on Autobot/Decepticon G1 packaging (have you seen how complicated BW/BM/RID packaging is? GAH) so we'll get a nice spread of visuals throughout the year. Lemme know if there's anything glaring I've messed up on (hey, previously I've put Independence day on July 3rd so...) or if I've fouled up a birthday. Specifically TFN, have I got those date right? Also 'Event' days all have their own backgrounds (just because) which are little in jokes themselves. (Particularly proud of the Easter story). Gonna cut off picture submissions at the end of this month! So if you want me to include a pic in the calendar get cracking! As ever please put subs into this thread so I can can find it! Still have to put together bonus pages and covers as well... Special thanks to @OptimusTimelord who has graciously allowed me to use another of his gifs this year!

CALENDAR UPDATE I have (tentatively) finished the cover, back cover and bonus pages! Once I'd settled on a theme it all sort of did itself. The theme was, Shitbot has hogged the limelight for many years, NOW IT IS HUBCRAP'S TIME TO SHINE. IIRC the name was coined by @Brooticus and a 'repaint' picture was done by @scubaboy31. But looking back, aside from the repaint 'Build your own Shitbot' he has never had anything else done for him. WELL NO MORE. I have created a G1 minibot Card (front AND back) based off art by @IronicHide as well as an 'authentic' Marvel Transformers Universe entry. I also wanted to include another 3D image so I did a 3D recreation of the 1988 UK Annual! Cuz y'know, Titan Scorponok is a gorgeous toy. The back cover still needs the credits and thanks text but aside from that and picture selection I 'believe' I am done! Lastly there is a revelation which will shake the UKTD to it's core. See Hubcraps Minibot card? That's a 1984 minibot card... that means Shitbot has been the repaint all along. *gasp* Anyway picture submissions will close at the end of the month! Please get them in before then, I really want to make sure I get these done and posted to people before the end of the year!
