Does anyone have TR Megatron and Ramhorn to hand? Wondering what the Ramhorn head would look like on Meg's body, if someone could post a pic that would be much appreciated

That's Titans Return Nightbeat and Squeezeplay sorted for bodies though I wish Nightbeat had been as fortunate as Repugnus and Apeface to be gifted with a second Titanmaster. That grimace doesn't suit the character at all though thankfully his shade of blue perfectly matches the Blurr body.

I still need to pick up a G1 Fangry and Horribull along with their corresponding Titanmasters.

So I've been 5hinking about getting Octane and Windblade. Can somebody give me their opinion on these two? Does Octane for scalewise with the current Siege and Earthrise lines? Is Windblade a good quality figure because I been thinking about replacing my Combiner Wars one with her.

When it comes to octane, i think it scales well enough.

for windblade, im actually curious myself because the t30 looks appealing as well and i dont know which to get. Although t30 is cheaper.

I don't pay much attention to scale but Octane is bigger than current Voyagers. IDK if that fits with the scale chart or not. IMO he's just okay, the truck mode is pretty good but the jet mode is kinda weak because of all the truck kibble. Robot mode is good enough but the wings don't like to tab in.

Windblade is a decent deluxe, huge nosecone kibble if that bothers you. The jet is "futuristic", as in, "clearly visible robot parts everywhere", not much to the transformation because of her being a very feminine figure and a retool of Highbrow. The robot mode is pretty sweet, though, and the headsculpt is great.

If you do end up deciding to get them, I'm actually looking to sell both right now, lol.

Octane is in a few pages, so you can see it against multiple figures

    It's part of this part/chapter:
    True Origins....

But here's one page that you can see him fairly well

The alt modes will be too small, no question about it.

For Windblade.. the TR version somehow went from shelfwarmer to hard to find and now at massive scalper prices.. hard to find one that's affordable (most are close to 100$CAD).

    T30, what's that?

I think imma have to wing it as far as scale when it comes to Octone. That's if I get him if course since I still need to see reviews. I recently got introduced to this character and he seems very interesting. As for Windblade, Im really hoping that she'll be a good replacement for my combiner force WB. Id live for Hasbro to create new versions of these characters but I doubt that's gonna happen anytime soon. Well at least for Octone but I could see Windblade definitely getting a new figure soon but still though I'm really liking that TR Windblade. As for for your sale though, imma politely decline, I'm not too sure about Octone yet and the Windblade I want is the Takara one. Thanks though.

The robo mode seems to be ok but imma have to see more comparisons to make out a final thought. Now as for Windblade, she's the one I'm most likely gonna try and go for. Honestly I don't mind paying a hefty penny for Windblade at least because in my personal opinion she's one of those characters I genuinely like so I think she's worth it. I wouldn't pay over $100 but id pay a good amount. Still though I wonder if they'll ever make a new figure for Windblade and Octone

T30 is Thrilling 30. Its the line right before combiner wars. It could also be called generations but i dont personally say it because technically we are still in the generations like with earthrise. As for what the figure looks like. D1BC4E1C-527D-40EB-842A-FEE03AB975E3.jpeg

For Windblade, I'd get the TR version if I can get one at an acceptable price (this IS just a lump of plastic TOY after all), but that said, it's more because I missed it and would get it more for the alt mode and the pilot seat thing...I missed it in stores because I hesitate as I really didn't like her chunky swords.

That said, if you would ask me which Windblade figure is the best, I wouldn't hesitate and recommend the RID version (Robot in disguise) with the masked variant being more than just my preference, but one of my top 3 favourite figures of all time.

I had one break on me (but have spares) that once repaired, I did a custom: Heavy/Scratch: - My Windfire project...

Ughhh now I remember that thing. My copy was a piece of shit that wouldn't stand up worth a damn. I never wanna go back to that atrocious mold

If I had known the TR version was in stores years ago I'd have definitely picked it up. Unfortunately around that time I had stopped collecting Tformers all together to point where I was just throwing em away(don't curse me out I know how dumb that was). Now its funny that you mention RID Windblade because I have that exact mold as well with the mask and after reading all of the comments I'm starting to think I should stick with this one as well since it has better feminine proportions and it fits very well with my current figures scalewise. Now as for that custom repaint that's shit is fire asf dude. That's probably one of the best repaints I've ever seen to date

Not gonna lie. The rid one is great and forgot it exists. I actually have it (its my son’s) and might end up getting another one for myself.

Thanks! I learned a lot painting it... like the fact that white paint is the thickest one.
I did better with my Spinister repaint...Minor/Repaint: - Nightfall

When mine broke, I had a spare, but checked and found it on Amazon I believe for 20$, and ended up getting 2 (or was it 3) more... As I love the whole Macross/Robotech thing, she does probably one of the best gerwalks, her sword scabbard is a fantastic rifle/gun/pew pew....

She (they... standard, masked, and repaint) is technically the closest figure at my desk.

Id definitely consider getting one. It's pretty cheap these days, once again scales really well with current figures and it isn't that hard to find either. Be warned though it comes with very loose joints. I ended up buy 2 of em, one which I gave away and the second I ended up breaking because I tried using super glue like a fucking dumbass to tighten up the joints. Third one was a charm though lol
