So for those who have gotten the Pit set, does your Persecutor's head easily pop off?

Not complaining, as it has a peg and that actually gives him the ability to turn his head, but curious if this is supposed to do this or if the glue never got applied to mine.

 

I think it was intended to allow the head to turn but like on mine the peg hole is slightly too wide and it can easily come out

 

Shipped Sept 21 arrived Oct 2, PA to Oregon. All present and accounted for!  



Sideswipe's jetpack is my favorite at the moment! I think the uncolored pack actually goes well with G2 Sideswipe / Clone Sideswipe with the Nonnef Marvel Comics kit.  

 

you aren’t the only one. I have my order in very early and seen several people with orders later then mine already get their stuff. Kinda curious if it’s the fact ordering both might be the issue

 

Everyone I have seen who has it shipped had it in its own order and people who haven't order more with it. It seems the Cobra Commander is the issue for a lot of people. It is for me.

 

Commander was in stock too though...and I had mine confirmed at 12:04pm...had people order way later than me get theirs already. Even getting Commander already. People who were not even Pulse Premium members...I mean what is the point if premium members don't take priority? So we get to put in orders first but we get shipped last? Not very enticing to renew a membership for $50 then. I put in orders for other items on different sites a week after and have already got items with same kind of shipping. The whole pulsecon thing is a cluster#@!$. I also put in and got Gigawatt and Cad Bane...wonder if I will get Bane before I get the Pit and Commander.

 

people have gotten their cobra commander already as well. My question is why aren’t they shipping orders in the order they was placed. My order number starts with 871 some who had orders up in 878 already got theirs. Has to be the fact some of use ordered both CC and the Pit

doubtful...my buddy got his...he lives an hour away from me...ordered 7 hours after me. And I am actually closer to the main distribution center.

 

Had two PulseCon orders ship on Wednesday at the same time (shipping labels were created within minutes of each other). One went to Lewisberry, PA and is expected to deliver 10/8, but the other one went directly to Middletown, PA and isn't due to deliver until 10/12.

I guess "logistics" is just a name.

 

Okay, dumb question. Did anyone that reported an issue with the centurion sets missing pieces get notified back yet?

 

Same thing, here. I ordered CC, the Pit, and the Logan set. I'm a premium member. I had my order in, in the first 5 minutes. Everything was in stock. My order was marked as paid, immediately. By the next day, my Logan set had been bumped to shipping on 10/19. Nothing else has shipped. I have no idea if my order is waiting until the Logan set comes back in stock.
The real problem is that I'm moving, next Friday. Had they just shipped them, i'd be ok. My orders basically get overnighted to me because I'm so close to the PA warehouse. Now, because they bumped my Logan set, I have to try to get them to change my shipping address..... But their offices were closed, Wednesday, the phone lines were busy all day yesterday, and they were back to being closed, today. And they haven't responded to my email, yet. I *almost* placed individual orders for each item, but I was afraid they would go out of stock while I was doing it. Now I'm kicking myself. But getting pushed to the back of the line because I ordered more than 1 thing? Dick move, Pulse.

 

Oof. I understand a nightmare from massive orders made, but that is just... I feel for everyone here

 

I just received my shipping notice for the Pit and Cobra Commander. Order 872...

 

Yeah, no shipping notice for my CC, the Wampa and the Arc 3 pack yet.

 

got my pit last night...nicely packed and the box is a beauty. I am not going to open it, the diorama is so good just to display as is

 

It's not CC specifically causing anything guys. I have Drakkon with my Pit and it hasn't shipped. Does seem to be orders that have more than 1 item in general...

But none of that should freaking matter. First in, first out. I ordered them in less than a freaking minute. It should have been shipped by now. All of ours who ordered that fast should have been.

 

Heck I feel if you're a pulse premium member it should have been shipped first then a non member. No offense to non members since you know the members paid for the membership..but obviously that's not the case.

 

Just got notification my pit and CC shipped...no fedex info yet...so should be here Weds if they get to fedex on monday. Usually its no more than 2 days from time they get it. Usually its next day but depending on when Monday they get it.
