more like I notice my rotorstorm got shipped but I didn't get any email, on top of that it say it was out for delivery to my house on 9/15 but no status afterwards. Can you look into it. If its lost, can you sent me a replacement or if not can I get my money back. Responds I will have our shipping department take a look in the meantime, you make want to contact USPS.

 

I have three things being shipped from Pulse coming to my house. I have no early idea what one of them is. I wish Pulse would update their order page sooner rather than later.

 

Received my Centurion. All accessories present & accounted for. Damn thats a tiny Prime!

 

Did anyone know and or order the Exclusive 39.99 Snake Eyes during the pulse con event this past weekend? Saw someone in a different board say they listed more of those and got sold out obviously...Didn't even realize that one went up again. No mentioning of it on the HISS side either that I could tell.

 

The pit is now scheduled for friday.

Haven't gotten a ship notice yet but I ordered the Pit, Cobra, and Drakkon so I'm not sure if mine is going out in more than one package or not.

 

That’s what I’ve been thinking. I hear people raving about how they get their stuff in about 2-3 days. Meanwhile I’m in CA too and I get my shipments from them in 1-1.5 weeks on average.

 

In CA too, and it's an extra 1-2 weeks as well. I'm super glad it's not going through USPS and I'm actually more than okay with waiting for FedEx. 99% of the time they are dependable and I'm sure the whole logistics situation has been taxing. Although, I think they could do better at hasbropulse to demystify shipping (how it's aggregated, lead-times, carrier, and etc.). I'm having a lot of issues with USPS (close to 10 missed deliveries within the past 3 months). I pre-ordered something off a music site in February that was supposed to arrive in September and I wasn't very happy that it never came despite showing as "delivered."

I would have a heart-attack if Unicron was delivered through USPS next year (pretty please, do not use USPS).

 

I'm in WA state and in the same boat. My Centurion shipped 9/21 and still isn't here so yeah, 1-2 weeks is pretty normal unfortunately

 

My pit arrives tomorrow. Got a shipping notice today. Since it hasn't arrived yet, I can only assume I got the tracking message before the item arrived this time. <.<

 

You can check your order confirmation email to make it easier, until they fix their interface.

 

Oh yes, I know.   Thanks! But sorting through emails takes almost as long. I wish they just had an easily-viewable list all in one place.

 

We have a Pit Ship

 

Just got the ship email from Pulse on the Pit of Judgement. Makes me wonder if hell has frozen over, since they didn't send me ship notes on Hubcap or Centurion Drone (which arrived last Wednesday and Thursday respectively). Expected delivery Friday.

You can't do a search from your mailbox? I have a folder specific to Hasbro Pulse orders, and just do a search for the item that I'm looking for. There are many ways to skin a cat. You know, rather than getting upset at them, which then takes away from your happiness. Just my 2 cents.
