For some reason that link wouldn't work for me. Luckily the tracking did end up updating and it has been released from customs but now the tracking has been stuck on "Released From Import Customs" for a bit now. It's kinda funny because the city that the airport is in is the city I live in (NYC). It's literally right down the road from me. Sometimes tracking is a gift and a curse lol.

 

I'm on day 56, still waiting...feels like it's been a year though.

 

What is going on with some of the shipping costs? I pre-ordered gigapower gutter a couple months ago and it listed free shipping. Today it is updated to say $58 shipping. If it were released tomorrow, how much shipping would I be paying?

 

Yeah, I preordered Lemon Tree Prime the other day and the Express shipping was $91. I just assumed it was an error and placed another order with the standard $4 shipping.

We may put an estimated volume in listing when it's pre order since we dont know the box dimension yet

@ShowZStore Any update yet with items shipping to canada that have been set to hold? Do we have any new estimates when those will be shipped?

 

Hi @ShowZStore. The shipment of MP-44 KOs have been in the US since 9/20 and then no movement after that. Does the shipment go to a ShowZ contact and that contact has to transfer the packages to USPS for delivery? Is there a way to check what is the holdup? I know there was a two week delay with the shipping company but it looks like these are still not in USPS’s possession yet as tracking only shows shipping label was created.

@ShowZStore, It most certainly needs a nice BIG Fat Disclaimer over the top of that image. We really don't want to risk a repeat of outrage about a design that was falsely advertised or falsely promised. It'll just continue to create Fan/Collector Confusion.  

 

That doesn't really answer my question. So if we preorder something that says free shipping, then when it comes in stock are you saying there could be shipping charges? Because if you are, that's bait and switch. I hope what is listed for shipping charges right now are only for those who want faster shipping or those who preorder now.

As a long time supporter of your store, I know bargain prices come with slow/economical shipping, and I'm totally ok with that.

with show.Z's low prices it's not feasible for them to cover sudden changes in shipping costs.
so they have to either charge you extra for shipping, or wait with shipping until shipping costs drop down to what you paid when you preordered.

 

@ShowZStore about a week ago, I sent a replacement part request for order number 20030101452942

I requested the all white waist pieces as we discussed here, and I requested replacement parts for the right foot that arrived broken. I supplied pictures of everything I needed.

I haven't heard back from you all. Not even a confirmation that you received my request. Do I need to resubmit it?

Whenever I click the site it just says that the website can't be reached for me. Did you do anything to get it to work?

 

How long does it usually take to get something started from them? I paid for faster shipping but it's been 2 days and I ain't even got a "shipping label created" yet.
