As has already been pointed out, this message does NOT mean that something cool is coming. This is the default message displayed by WordPress as a placeholder when you disable a site.

This means that so far:

• FT disables their website
• FT deletes their Weibo
  
• Dalianjj is MIA

All you guys hoping for a subscription service, or direct-to-consumer ordering: that's wishful thinking. I suspect that FansToys, in its current form, is finished.

Dalianjj is not MIA. He was here as late as yesterday (just look up his user name and the site will tell you when a person last logs in). He just has not been posting anything.

But he has logged in, and isn't posting, which means he might have legal reasons to withhold information from us.

 

Well, we can’t really read anything from his actions here, that’s how he acts all the time. He mostly only speaks through direct message or announcing things and often says contradictory things, he’s just an enigma wrapped in a mystery.

I am sad to learn that the "Something Cool Is Coming" messaging is just boilerplate bullshit.  

 

That guy with 17 posts sure is trying to convince everyone that this is real.

 

They are a large retailer overseas who has no reason to stop selling them unless they weren’t being made anymore. Also the tittle has a question mark in it because I’m not really sure FT is shutting down, but there are some really bad signs right now.

I don’t want FT to shut down, I love their figures and had everything on preorder of theirs. I am just trying to A: let everyone know what I found out and B: try to get the real story. You only get the really story sometimes with conversation.
