    Alright. This will be my last big purchase before 2021 budgetting begins.

    Every big site I checked online had him for about $185.00. Even the guys at ShowZ had him at $168. I was going to go for an ebay listing at $150 but someone snagged him before payday. Bummer.

    I was going to go for the next ebay listing at $160 but decided ro check one last place...this thread. Which led me to Amazon.jp. Cha-ching baby! $140.72 shipped. I call that a winner. It's my first .jp order so we'll see how it goes but I can't wait to get this guy in-hand.

    People on TFW rock. They're generally helpful folks and I've probably saved a couple thousand bucks thanks to good advice from the forums.

    I've had him for months and am finally gonna transform him today. Any breakage points I need to watch out for?

    I don't believe there are any breakage points but the red paint on the arms tends to get chipped when transforming. But the chips show up on the back of the arms so if it happens to you it's not that a big a deal.

    The bot mode elbow ratchets are known to be extremely tight and can wear out prematurely. The fix is to loosen the elbow screws. I just received mine from AMZ and they are tight. I am going to open them up and lube them up as well.

    Thanks! I noticed the scary tightness on the elbow ratchets on my copy as well... I just loosened the screw and they seems to be a lot better.

    i shudder at the thought of hasbro suddenly make a Selects Lio Convoy with Kingdom engineering
    because I sold most of my BW MPs after I saw primal and megatron

    Yeah, the paint apps on the Japanese figures were always better than the ones released stateside.

    That is correct. Overgeneralization on my part, comparing BW figures thay got reused for BWII and basically anything Neo, always seemed to get better paint apps than their US counterparts and side-releases.

    I was fortunate to get a Black Convoy repaint of BigConvoy, back in the day. He's what started my obsession with black repaints.

    and advice bro be carefull with the gray paint of the arms and the logo they are super delicate , half of them were damage on mine when they arrive be very carefull transforming him from lion bro

    Got it! Also saw about the elbow joint screw which I will be loosening accordingly. Thanks everyone! Will try to post some pics as soon as I'm able.
