Siege Ironhide and Ratchet have made their way to my apartment for their very own photoshoot- I'm so happy to finally have these guys. The 2 that I said "I don't need them." Until I saw how much better they fit in with my collection compared to the Earthrise.

NOW I think I'm done with Siege unless I find the ones I don't have for clearance, used and cheap. I managed to get these guys for a decent price, but I think this will have to do it. They aren't by any means my favorite characters but I needed to complete the team. I really like the Siege aesthetic so I'm hoping the newer figures fit in to the motif....

 

I gave up and gave him the T30 sword. That works surprisingly well. I had to modify the back peg hole for a better fit though.

It’s a glaring weakness of the figure.

 

Did the same, and gave my T30 Springer some swords from a 3p vortex ko and the rotor piece from Siege Springer

 

Blowpipe and the Battle Patrol.

 

Best of the line? Damn near......

 

My Centurian Drone weapons pack came today and even though it’s not a slew or very big, it makes the world of difference in some of the figures!!!

 

Can anyone with the centurian set have the prime gun being held by PotP OP?

 

Wrong thread. Centurion pack is earthrise and potp Optimus is potp. Neither are siege.

 

Seeing as it was a repaint of a siege figure, didnt think it mattered as much. Sorry

Siege Astrotrain is fucking amazing. I'm still glad I didn't pay 50 bucks for but at $36 he's a steal. I really wish I could shake the hand of the person who managed to design his triple changing features all the while being so accurate. Technology has come such a long way since I got introduced to Tformers in 2007.

 

Was messing around with some of my bots and ended up finally opening my Siege Megatron. He's now part of my display on my retro gaming TV. He really is an amazing figure, the right ankle swivel is really loose on mine, but he stands fine without issue so no big deal.

 

I really like how cleverly they used colours on him, the majority of the shuttle parts are in grey, with the majority of the train in purple and because of flipping upside down between modes he almost looks like an entirely different toy between the two alt modes  

 

I had a Chance to get him and didn't. I don't think there's a chance. I chose ER Optimus instead. If I did find him for cheaper I might get him. Where do you get this guy?
