They will release the original deco eventually...

My friend had that gun, it was pretty fun back in the day!

Damn. Missed it while futilely attempting to get Firefly. :lol  Oh well... either I'll find it in store in December/January or I'll go without. Not entirely sure where to display it anyway.

Not just a deco. New mould.

It went quick. By the time I went back to look at the page, it was gone.

That is Fair. Then they will release the 80's mold eventually, most likely an easy alteration. They wouldn't have gone to all the trouble for just one version to be released.

    A 1/18 scale Ecto? I know a 1/12 might be kinda huge...but a 1/18 doesn’t really do me a lot of good...bummer...maybe I’m better off...lol...

Well if Ecto-1 is not going to fit the Plasma series figures, makes me feel better about not getting it. WTF is it that scale if it is in the Plasma series? It goes with nothing since their aren't 1/18 figures. What's the point?

Besides, considering how the Ghostbusters items don't seem to be selling that well, it will probably be not hard to find when it does show up in stores.

The other problem too is I am not sure how Hasbro can add to this line. There really aren’t many variations of the guys. I remember Mattel crowd sourcing the Ecto-1 back in 2010 I can’t remember the year but it failed horribly.

I think they could get one more wave from the first movie. Unfortunately potential peg warmers would be in it. Walter Peck and Janine aren't the most toy friendly. Slimed Peter and Slimer can fill 2 slots.

Ghostbusters 2 can get at least 1 wave out of it.

Of course the new film can probably fill a wave.

People hate it but Ghostbusters 2016 can fill a wave easily.

Was hoping for modern Real Ghostbusters figures but if they haven't shown them considering that all the new movie stuff has to be postponed then my hope is lost. The Select figures are the ones to fill my cartoon needs then.

The plasma series is a 1/12 scale series and they made a 1/18 scale ecto for it? Jesus, can hasbro do anything without hasbroing the crap out of it?

Its technically not for the figures. It is for... 'display'.

Straight bullshit. I was ready to plunk down a hundo.

Half the problem like alot of toy's was it was supposed to come out with the movie like other's it got pushed back. GB, Black Widow, Scooby-Doo, Mulan, Wonder Woman, Top Gun, Fast and Furious and a Pixar cartoon are sitting on the shelves with no cross promotion from the movie's being out.

I wonder if the new Ghostbusters movie will have a line of figures at 1/18. They did say the Ecto1 is based on the new film's deco. It has the gunner seat which wasn't in the old films.

You know your panel was terrible when even Toy Shiz was less than impressed.

Ready for 'Kyle' to go away and let Warden come to the front.
