Did these people miss the giant poster that shows it does turn into a Titan class robot?

 

Why does anyone assume that just because the Ark is turning into a robot, it won't also have a playset feature? Every Titan released so far has three modes.

 

I watched BW like a decade ago the last time, so I forgot. Maybe it changed when they became Transmetal?
I only remember that Primal became much much larger than Megs when he turned into Optimal Optimus.

I am not saying it won't. The legs and body likely can open up to form a base. (Though, Omega doesn't really have a third mode, just saying).
We are saying though that those people who had hoped for an Ark playset that does NOT turn into a robot were guessing wrong.

The mainline stuff will be available on Pulse, Amazon, Walmart, etc. they’ll go up at 5 pm ET on pulse but it may take a bit longer for the other sites, so just keep checking. The RED stuff is exclusive to Walmart, The Autobot clones are exclusive to Amazon, And the Prime stuff is exclusive to Pulse. All of those will also go up at 5 pm ET

Yeah I missed it straight up. Im not one who gravitates to artwork. I go right to the pics of the toys. Oh well, it blows monkey balls. But I guess all Igear Teletran-1 buyers can rejoice. I remember offering a seller $200 for one and he turned me down. I was like thats double what you paid for it, really ? I guess I over $300 wasnt as crazy as I originally thought.

Why? Those toys are pretty amazing. I have them and they are everything I wanted for these characters. You are being rather spoiled and dismissive here. Also what did you expect after the re-release of Pounce and Wingspan, to get new molds?

Dude, just search on ebay about "G1 MIB" someday. And compare with loose prices. Keeping the boxes was something I have done even as a kid, and not because of any resale value - the tech specs and the art was just always something I loved to look at.

BW had some playsets (Airachnid and...Orcanoch, I think). Likely they sold terrible because the next time Hasbro has done this was during DotM and Prime, and the Ark and Wheeljack's ship were some of the most notorius shelfwarmers. I could find Arks in store as late as 2019.

 

I was thinking the "transformation" was going to be from Ark to Teletran-1. I thought they would see the potential instead of just making some character up that nobody asked for.
