I can see double jointed elbows, double jointed knees, and he's shown the waist swivel to be adequate.

I think Uncle Bobby would be satisfied. If this guy has a waist bend though, Uncle Bobby's head might just explode.

Eh, honestly it doesn't look bad to me, personally. Had a feeling there had to have been some kibble somewhere.

Looking pretty good! Thankfully a lot better than some of the more recent examples we've seen from FT.

The internet is already broken, lol.

It's a nice matte finish on the grey. The purple is a little glossy, not sure how much of it is painted.

It's decent for a triple changer. You're probably not going to be doing super dynamic poses with him, but you can still move him around.

Here's a couple more pics with my series 2 figures for comparison.

Again, based on just how his back looks like, I can partially guess how he's going to transform. His back (rocket boosters) will flip up to cover the head, and that should provide enough clearance to store his arms into the chest cavity.

Transformation into train mode is even simpler, since most of the work's been done through transforming him to shuttle mode.

But this is just a guess.

My bad, fellas. When I mentioned his back, I meant the entire back, including his legs. I have no problem with the size of his back, just that his entire rear looks a bit of a mess. Nothing that would make me cancel my order, just wish it was a bit cleaner.

Yeah the legs are a bit of a mess, but I may have missed a tab or something.

Triple changer has to have a compromise somewhere. The back will be fine

Here's the knee & elbow articulation.

I don't think it has an ankle rocker but I may be missing something.

I haven't figured it all out, but the arms are not in the chest since they are clearly visible in all modes, more going where the chest was in bot mode. On the back of his forearms is a panel that flips around for the train mode engineers window on the side. The arms go there for both alt modes. I think the chest actually moves down similar to Grimlock's chest to make room for the arms to go above/behind (as orientation changes) the chest.

Thanks. Would you mind bringing his thighs up and see if you can bend the knee more?

The second picture on the first post appears to show the ankle's range.

Thanks. I think you've made this quite a day for a few people.

Definitely not expecting the arms to transform like that i.e. they make up part of the boosters. But yeah it's obvious that turning the shuttle to train mode is pretty straight forward

Thanks for the photos. Looks good, looks like good articulation, backpack isn't terrible. Good stuff. Relieved. Now to pray for no common breakages. :)
