U had it right. Its a sore lol. Its a sorting/shipping company that works with usps. Takes weeks-months for your figure to go through. Items have disappeared permanently there

 

Weirdly my last order that’s not through them is taking longer. Tho according to Showz tracking, seems like it was probably held for 2 weeks in China. So we’ll see. But yeah, Pitney ain’t great.

Yep. Tracking has a long gap between it leaving and going onto the ship, so seems like it was held in china.

 

There is something we can not control
It's like you have company A and company B they provide different method and different price
We treat A as express since the average speed is faster than B and also more expensive
but it doesn't mean A will be faster than B for all packages, sometimes it just get delayed and we can't do anything about it
If things like this happens a lot then we will find a new company replace A.
The fact is some time you receive something fast and you say: "OK i gonna use this method for all future orders" but you next package get delayed over a month.

There isn't much difference between methods if the price is the same.
Bad shipping will be eliminated soon so only the price will tell the difference, if it's more expensive then it's faster in most cases.(We ship thousands of packages each month so we have date to know which one is good in most cases)

Some buyer says I once bought from XXX and I got the item fast, but in fact if you keep buying from them you will also see delays. There is no such thing as secret magic shipping method..


And the pandemic affected all the shipping method especially in final delivery.

 

Shipped too many KO MP44 so shipping company decide to ship them by batches to avoid potential custom problems

I ordered the 2.0 from him too and got the same 1.0 figure as you. I think we got screwed. These were supposed to have chrome parts and I've seen unboxings on youtube that look nothing like what you and I received from this guy.

I don't blame you guys entirely. No worries I def know Covid is a factor too. Anyway, I was told by a friend (1 of many) who makes vids for you guys that you use more than one warehouse, and that my Nicee's were probably shipped 1 from each Warehouse or something. I just though it was weird was all that 1 Nicee was CNE and 1 was DHL. Sorry I keep grumbling about it. Also, I had no idea at all that You guys were Aussies, I had always assumed Show-Z were China based.  

He explained a lot to me. so... I forgive you guys. I know it's not entirely in your control. It's just a little weird. was all. I'm a 1st time customer with Show-Z so I'm always a little worried when dealing with e-Tailers I've never dealt with before.

I just really hope she doesn't disappear mysteriously and never make it to my apartment. Admittedly I don't trust these weird inferior shipping places. I barely trust the US Postal Service as a whole.  

But just like I did over on Facebook I'll sent a screenshot the moment I get my 2nd Nicee so you know she finally got here safely.   (if she doesn't fall behind a shelf or something or the delivery person misplace the box)

Living "down the road" from China (in Japan) means that (I think) I usually don't have to wait that long for deliveries!
