The other head has an "anime cat face smile", google that phrase and you will see examples. It's not even as sexualized as Fans Toys Rouge's 'singing' face.

No, the Nicee head does not have that. I am... 'cultured' enough to know the difference. Nicee's other head does not fall into that category.

They've been pretty vocal against Nicee ever since the first teasers arose.

Sadly, the majority of the user submitted pics on BFB's own Twitter page does lend some validity to the more militant TF fan opposition.

There is a well-animated 3d render of a fan-made Arcee on youtube created by MPXgraphics which I am also hesitant to link here, because she had bounce physics as well. That one used a Bumblebee-movie inspired head design.

 

Hey there, I've got what is likely the final update you'll see from me regarding the alternate head design. Next time I post about it will probably involve a 3D print, so fingers crossed my copy shows up sometime before the end of the year.

I took into consideration all the comments received and this is the final revision that I'm personally happy with. If something you suggested didn't make it, please don't take it as a personal slight or anything of the sort. I've just got my own preferences to adhere to, hopefully those interested still like it.

As a final thought, I think I might enjoy the more "rounded" helmet shown on the right. It's not accurate to the original line-art, but let me know what you guys prefer.



And here's the reworked visor. It's more fleshed out/rounded, I might end up using this version for my own copy.



For distribution, I'm currently sitting on two options. I originally just planned to distribute via the STL file, but it seems a few people without printers might want a copy. I can look into printing and shipping copies, but I live in Canada and shipping even small packages to the US can get expensive. Keep that in mind if you think you want to go that route.

@GAUGE If you want, feel free to share the photos in the FB group. Curious what people have to say over there as well. PM me if you need more images to share.

And finally, I'll probably end up modeling some accessories for my own copy. Not sure what that'll entail yet, but I think I'd like a scabbard and maybe some bow options. Ideas welcome. Hope you guys enjoy!
