very glad I avoided the chaos by taking care of things yesterday

sort of expected things to be worse today but better overall based on how smooth yesterday went

 

It certainly feels like traveling in first class with the premium membership, while everyone else is fighting over seats in coach.

 

Is first class really still a thing with planes? I don't think I've ever been on a plane big enough to have "first class."

 

I haven't ordered any of those Hasbro Pulse army builders, but I'll definitely pick up 2 Hellfire goons for my new set once they get announced, presumably tomorrow.

It's mostly been renamed to business class now, but yes, very much a thing, especially on long and/or international flights.​

 

And my order FINALLY went through...even though I had to go back to the main page and try again using the cart twice.

So sometime in early April I guess I'll have a Hellfire Club set. It'll show up when I've completely forgot about it...kinda like my Amazon exclusive Nimrod set when it showed up on my doorstep a full months earlier than Amazon claimed it would. LOL (It was delayed until sometime in November, but suddenly they got more stock in.)

In a way, I hope maybe like Amazon. the whole March due date is just a date they threw out there, but could ship at any time.

 

Maybe. But I can tell you they still haven't shipped the Deadpool wave, even though it's been in stores for a month. They appear to be holding to that October 1 date.

 

Well, I guess it'll be a nice surprise for when Spring comes around then.

"Ah, the birds are singing, the snow is melting, the flowers are blooming, and LOOK! The Hellfire Club has arrived at last!" LOL

As long as they arrive, I can't complain. It was still better than the shitshow I went through on NECA's website in years past for their TMNT SDCC exclusives.

Also, hopefully the set arrives in an actual packing box, and not the toy's box with labels slapped on it like my Nimrod set did from Amazon. XP

Interesting. So the only thing actually sold out is the Star Wars Clones. Those didn't go back up.

 

Who knows, maybe they're go back up too. But yeah, as of this moment, they're the only ones.

 

I like that Hasbro looks like they’re making another run to satisfy demand. I really want that Hellfire Club and waiting a bit longer isn’t that big an issue for me. This is something I’ve really liked with Takara’s Tokyo Toy Show exclusives orders, and it’s great that Hasbro is doing something similar.

Thanks! I was using my school gym library and it stalled twice, basically giving me a heart attack. I think having a bach ready to go for those who are first and preorders for the rest is a really good method of doing it. Hopefully, everyone gets the exclusive they wanted. The Quint-pack thread is already a shitshow.

 

Well the Quint is still up for pre-order so hopefully those people got the message.

 

Some have, some haven't.

I can't wait to get my set.

 

Maybe I should let them know. There are only 250 left though. Not sure if they'll do another pre-order run after that.
