I've been able to enter my credit card info and submit many times now, but it always fails during the processing (some random error) and kicks me out to the beginning (with my items still in my cart).

 

The preorders ship on Oct 19, so a few weeks only, at least it says that on the page:
This pre-order item will be available to ship on approx 10.19.2020.

 

Well glad I rechecked got a preorder in.

 

Got my PoJ in. Fairly painless. I stressed out more with the P-Bandai RG Unicorn Perfectibility kit honestly! Just hit refresh and payment went through.

 

Well at least they went up for preorder instead, so people can calm down now and wait a couple more weeks.

 

It looks like the inventory update was entered incorrectly at first this morning. Stuff that had more inventory left from yesterday basically could keep order info until the negative stock addition zeroed out. Stuff that was already sold out yesterday with the negative stock gave the spinning wheel of doom when attempting payment. I ordered Battle of Endor today, and it suddenly sent through and stopped spinning at the same time the stock numbers suddenly changed.

So it looks like an unfortunate database error caused the confusion at first.

 

Wow what chaos and aggravation! No thanks, I'll definitely be renewing my premium membership!

 

I'm fucking pissed. I ordered the quint set the first second it went up and it said I was in line but then was sold out. However it was totally available for pulse premium members still at 11am. THEN to top it off Cobra Commander Supreme was missing or something. Then I found out I been a premium member all along wtf ugh

 

Ironic that you complain about the queque and the captcha system... which was especially added to prevent bots. Trust me I don't think they make bots yet that can do the "select all bicycles and traffic lights" bit.
Glad you got yours. But it is really unfortunate that apparently someone forgot to add the non-premium member stock separately today. I would have imagined today's stock to be larger than yesterday's.

Well at least people are able to get the Quint Pit again!

Since it went back up for preorder with a qty of 1300, the 109 at noon time must have been the left overs from yesterday. When those finally sold out, they went back in and updated the quantity for today's allotment. Don't know why they didn't just update the quantity at noon time along with everything else.

As was discussed yesterday, there's a good chance customer service will cancel the additional orders once they start processing orders, which is what typically leads to the random restocks.

 

...looks like they've since-listed a bunch more stock, but their payment processor's hanging like that classic poster-kitten...

 

This is so stupid.

Same thing happened to me but just grabbed the pit yesterday and Commander today

 

I guess the premium orders were the ones ready to ship, and this morning was left over stock from yesterday.

That's my guess too. Just odd that there are so few orders left for the Pit when CC has 50.000!

 

Got charged right away for my set, anyone get charged also? My previous pulse preorders I wasn’t charged until they shipped
