Received news from my retailer that I'm part of the first batch. They've been pre-sold-out now of their second batch and since I was super late with ordering mine, I thought I'd have to wait a month or two after it's initial release. I'm SUPER stoked now!

A lot of expression in animation comes from the eyes alone. Part of an assignment I had to do a few years back on an art course was a series of expressions using only the eyes. Being expressionless can still contribute to the character though - I think of it like a poker face. I think giving Prime a face plate was such a good inclusion simply because as a leader it's an integral part of keeping ones emotions under the surface. And yes! Grimlock certainly makes up for his lack of expression in his alt mode.

You know what though... if FT produced a set of addition face sculpts that came on a sprue for all their releases I'd definitely buy that.
