That works pretty well! I might decide to invest in that kit but once I have ER Bumblebee, I might also just cut the pegs on the cannons down so they can sit flush against Ironhide's arms because aside from how much they stick out, I think they look fine on him.

I have a question about the upcoming Unicron (sorry if this doesn't really flow with the current conversation). Will it be widely available to the general public, or will only the backers receive one? I know it almost definitely won't show up at brick and mortar stores, but would I be able to order it from Hasbro Pulse or BBTS? Also, has an official Canadian price been revealed yet?

I'm asking all of this because I'm really interested in it, but frankly did not have the money to back it. I was hoping to save up over the next year or so, but I'd like to know if I can actually get it.

 

Damn it. I was really hoping to get my hands on one. I already knew it was gonna be difficult, seeing as I live in Canada, but I really don't feel like paying upwards of $1500 for a figure

Watch the e-tailers for the first few months after release. There will probably be a few around in the $800 range for a few seconds. After 6 months I doubt anything less than $1000 will be easy to find. Just be vigilant and have the money ready to go.

 

I'm actually really hoping to get it from my local comic store. The guy who runs it is really nice and apparently really good at finding figures for good prices. I was hoping that he may get one in stock. I also really like supporting local and, as far as I know, there aren't any good e-tailers that ship to Canada for a good price. Plus I have customs to worry about

I don't have any special trailer hitch adapters for the added rotation. I was going to make one, but then realized the peg could reasonably stay in the groove behind the hitch port during simple moving / posing.

 

Thanks. I hope they do a Netflix deco for Earthrise Megatron, if the story allows for it. I expect Hasbro to milk the Earthrise mold to the fullest extent possible. They do like to get the most out of those molds.

Bought a copy of the Thundercracker/Skywarp 2-pack from Target. No complaints. Joints are tight and no missing paint details or blemishes on either figure. Plastic quality reminds me a bit of Generations Springer/Sandstorm. Don’t know if I’ll end up keeping them since I’m primarily an MP collector, but I took a flyer on them since I like to pick up retail releases here and there.

The dull surprise face on Skywarp doesn’t bother me all that much. In fact, the sculpt is fine. I just think it might look better on Thundercracker. Might do a swap later and snap some pics.
