Good question. I know that Lego has had production issues due to COVID-19 previously but I'm surprised that this set sold out so fast within the first day of VIP early access at the hefty $350 USD price. Their factory in Mexico should've been reopened by now, I thought. I missed out on preorders but I'm not too worried about getting one eventually. Just have to be patient. I have a better use for my money at the moment anyway and I can always buy the (more accurate/superior, I think) Demonhunterbricks version of Yoda's lightsaber if I feel really inclined to get one (I've only limited myself to OT sabers currently).
Yeah, those are the only ones I want. That is cool that the Brickhead Nutcracker has a working “cracker” though.
Yeah, I have the more traditional looking GWP one that came out a few years ago too. Only Brickheads I got are Star Wars related. Boba Fett, Vader and the Mandalorian 2pk.
Yep it is on the Lego site. Halloween Hayride 40423 | Miscellaneous | Buy online at the Official LEGO® Shop US
Guys, looks like two LEGO Ideas sets are reportedly being rereleased in November! At least I’m getting a second chance to get the Ship in a Bottle set that I missed out on. You’ll need a translator in your browser for this: LEGO Ideas Neuauflagen: Saturn Rakete & Flaschenschiff kommen zurück!
I agree, and it’s very nice of LEGO to rerelease previous LEGO Ideas sets! I do own the NASA Apollo Saturn V set already. What other LEGO Ideas sets do y’all think deserve to be rereleased? I’d pick the Old Fishing Store, Voltron and the BttF DeLorean Time Machine.
The Curiosity Rover really needs a re-release. I missed out on that, and with the recent Space-related sets that came out, it seems like a logical reissue.
I'm surprised that no one posted this. Lego finally realizes it doesn’t need to use plastic to package its tiny plastic bricks With Lego trying to reduce the plastic usage (single use) for their upcoming to be released items, one step to reduce the existing carbon emissions.
Whelp. It's good news for the environment (and silverfish) but since I'm allergic to paper, it kind of sucks for me, haha.
