I'd love to see OS hungrrr with regular size cw limbs if possible?

 

Don't have 'em. I believe someone tried an OS Grimlock with regular limbs in the BMB thread tho.

 

Weak hips, the limb bots are too heavy. The ratchet joints in the limb bots' connector ports are too loose and weak. The arm bots will swing down at a light finger tap and can't really hold his arms out (maybe the ratchet gears aren't biting deep enough). Same for the knees. Abominus will fold down faster into a bow at the hip joints than falling over if unbalanced.

I think it can be fixed with tons of floor polish, good luck to those wanting a dynamic pose.

And I remember some people had issues with Rippersnapper's combined hand being loose and not staying in place, and Cutthroat's beak not being able to open, when these 2 figures first came out. Do the same problems still exist on yours?

 

Same seller? Mine is from Taobao tho. He sent me two Cutthroats and no Rippersnapper. Put in a partial refund request and he gave it very quickly after a chat on AliWangWang. He was also in disbelief and promised to scold his packing crew lol. At first he offered for a straight swap but then he realized I was overseas.

Bought myself a Rippersnapper locally.

I'm not sure how to fix them. The combiner ports ratchets seem a tad too far apart. Maybe liberally pour polish down the gear and teeth?

My Rippersnapper was sourced locally, it had the same problem. Cutthroat's beak can open. I find the limb-bots arm-mode tabs (their arms tucked into their sides) don't connect well and easy to get loose.

All these problems existed before, but I had hoped Hun-gurr would be strong enough, but as you can see, not really...
