Got mine. Didn't have more than a minute to look,but has his matrix and head looks like it is on right. Feels like a good hunk of transformer. Will mess with him tonight.

So Just transformed him to truck mode last night. Was honestly more complicated than I was expecting. I felt like that was more complicated than MP-44. But everything worked great. I haven't noticed any QC issues with mine. Everything fits great, looks great. Truck mode is a brick! Holds together great, and looks just so good. I got KO MP-44 recently, more just because I wanted to see what it was like. But this guy is great. I can see that his articulation is a bit limited. But besides that everything else is 10/10. Easy to see why people like TE-01 than MP-44. I look forward to messing around with him a lot more.

i agree with RootNegative, transformation is fiddly at first. the backpack in particular pretty much needs wedged in and out.

but you get used to it

 

Got mine from ShowZ yesterday. Much like everyone else, the head was installed backwards on the neck. I had to put the S2 head on, so no biggie there. There was a matrix in mine, but the compartment is really tight to get open. Red LED in the gun, but not an issue for me. The legs appeared to be a different shade of that off white color when compared to my V2. All in all I'm really happy with this one. My V2 can be my alt mode and play around with Prime. I also had some leftovers from my jream set to cover the slider pins on the side, and an Autobot emblem for the shoulder.

I'm going to airbrush my mp-10 trailer.
It's seems impossible to disassemble, tried for an hour last night. Guess I'll be doing a lot of masking.

Still waiting on mine, but I already have an upgraded neck to install and plan to switch to the S2 head as well, so the backwards neck is no biggie.

My V2 also had a red LED in the gun, which disappointed me, but it's not a huge deal. I don't play with the guns like that.

My plan is relegate my V2 to permanent alt mode duty, and my V3/V4 will be my bot mode Prime. I'll transform him at least once, just because, LOL.

As far as the silver sliders on the legs, I do want to come up with something to cover that up. I wonder how well Testors enamel model paint would stick? Just a little dab of blue on each pin would cover it up.

 

No, not Showz. It was ordered from Taobao. Today my shop contacted the seller and told me that they would ship a replacement soon, hopefully to arrive in next 2-3 weeks. So if that's true, it will be very possitive that you will also get your matrix!

(However it's still disappointed and waste of time to go over that. Not mentioned yet, I'm also waiting for that 1st batch TE-03, so at least another hip issue.)

Can't agree more. All new figures I ordered in last 6 months always come with problems (the only figures I got in good condition during this time are 2 second-hand MPs). However I can't resist to order them now because who knows if they will be sold out at the time the pandemic is over, and I've been waiting for these releases for so long.

 

I think I found your missing matrix. This guy was on TV flashing it around like it was his. His name started with a G. Galvanized? Galactus? Something like that. Looks like a real shady guy. Said something about using it to scare off a unicorn. Im not sure, I wasn't paying that much attention.

 

I get it's a joke post, but all I can see is amazing cable management.

Checked mine and the matrix is missing.

That's two Transform Element purchases I've made and both had one missing piece.

Need to check the neck assembly (was planning on swapping the head anyhow) but if it is wrong is it easily rectified?

 

If mine ends up missing anything, I'm gonna go through ShowZ and see if they can help. I think that'd work better than me trying to contact Transform Element personally.

 

Yeah it's super easy to fix. One screw to remove the head, then one screw to remove the neck.
