    Hello, @ShowZStore .
    Thanks for the update. It helps to get reassurance that you're working to improve things. I think a lot of the shipping issues and delays that people are talking about are a reflection of Pitney Bowes, not ShowZ. Your customer service has always been top-notch with me so I think the issues brought here are isolated incidents and not reflective of all the times things are done right.

    I do think Pitney Bowes is giving you more problems than solutions, even if it's better than nothing at all. Are you looking at other shipping services?

    Thanks for all the great job you guys do. I know you're a small group of dedicated people trying to handle immense volumes despite difficult global circumstances, so I am continuously impressed by your performance and want to give you the recognition and support you deserve. Thumbs up!

    Hey @ShowZStore
    I got an email from kelsi concerning my zeta superitron giftset being shipped to canada and that you guys needed an extra $35 usd to ship out. That is fine since I understand the shipping situation but what concerns me is that I ordered and had you guys hold it since May but in the same email exchange with Kelsi I was made aware that you guys might not even have stock for me anymore? It's a real bummer I paid back in May. Please let me know are you able to secure more stock to fullfill my order?

    about half have been shipped already, the rest is expected to ship out before the end of the month.

    I appreciate that. 17track has changed the designation of my tracking from "in transit" to "expired" which means that the carrier is refusing to update and/or the package was lost

    expired doesn't necessarily mean you'll never get it, but if you do still get it it can take a really long time.
    something I ordered somewhere else earlier this year expired after about 2 months, but eventually got delivered several months later.

    So when you required more money to ship my figure was it so I could pay for the privelage of using the world's shittiest shipping company?

    So based on my last two packages from showz that shipped Pittney Bowes I'll see it in 25 to 30 days. I thought you specifically stopped using Pittney Bowes? I don't need the aggrevation. If you can't provide good shipping within the US I'll shop elsewhere. The US portion should not take longer than by boat.

    We stopped using them directly
    But some of our shipping method still uses it some time which we could not control
    PM me the tracking, so I can talk to the shipping company
    I told them specifically not to use any method involves PB

    @ShowZStore Can you check order 20082608564469?
    I got the shipping email confirmation and was able to track it through CNE through the entire delivery route but then, as of yesterday, in the course of just of 3 hours, it went from 'At Postal Facility' to 'Delivery Exception' and then 'Return to Sender'.
    I was given a phone number for both FedEx and USPS but when I finally got an operator, neither were able to find my tracking number in their system. They said that the tracking number provided didn't have enough digits in the number.

    Please, if there's anything you can do before my package ends up back in your store...
