MP-11 came a close second for me in the disillusionment stakes. Just for that nasty cheap unpainted plastic, mainly.

Of all the MP-11 versions I had, MP-11T had the most striking in-hand deco for sure. The shade of blue was lovely.
However, with a coat of black paint Skywarp may well overshadow them all.

Gonna be fantastic to re-experience what looks to be an amazing mould two times over! And I can't see them not including a mini Reflector with Thundercracker, which means we'll all be able to recreate this (in cartoon colours)!

 

I missed that (missed about half this thread, it just moves too fast for me sometimes). But that looks great. I did see those guys working on a 3D model and it looks like it turned out very well. The TC colours are superb here. Thanks!

Not that this is the place for such a discussion but I've owned MP-05 since it came out. While it has some flaws, I haven't had any problems that would make me want to sell it. It's a perfect counter-part to MP-01 and I'm quite happy with it.

The Hasbro MP-11 mold Thundercracker has my fav. colour scheme. It's the closest to the original toy and I love it.

 

My playing the long game seems to be entering the final phase then. I'm fine with the wait.

To me, it seems more like compelling and overpriced custom fodder. I see either Dreadwind or Leozack coming out of that Maverick mold, personally.

I’ve got a hunch this will come with a stand and coronation gear as well as alternate shocked coronation crash face to fluff up the price to $300+ and be marked as a 1986 G1 movie 35th anniversary edition.

 

Am I the only one hoping for a Ghost Starscream out of this? Kept waiting for one out of the MP11 mold, and was rather disappointed when it just...never happened. We need a Ghost Starscream, especially after getting that Ghostbusters crossover. Guess it'll depend on the structural integrity of this one.

I swear if Takara dick around with the uniformity of the Seeker decos like they did on the MP-11 mold I'm going to throw the biggest man-child hissy fit  

I know Takara are much more focused now, but I'm still not over how they handled the decos back then  

 

Are Thundercracker and Skywarp likely to be Takara Tomy mall exclusives that are more expensive than Starscream?

 

They quite often like to stick something wacky in amongst the accessories, so I think he'll come with a snake.
