You need to manipulate the dino hip joints to find positions where it will balance. It's not the most intuitive as there are a lot of different joints in there, so you probably need to experiment a bit. Also, I found that un-pegging the ankle from the robot palm frees up ankle tilt that makes balancing the dino significantly easier. The ankle joint is very robust so I'm not sure why it was designed to lock with the robot palm in the first place.

You're the first person in this entire thread that says he can't stand in dino mode. What exactly is the issue?

I don't know exactly which joint you are referring to, but I'm guessing that the leg joint you find to be a little loose are the robot shoulder joints for outward arm motion. You don't want to use those for dino posing. I generally keep that joint "collapsed". Instead, you want to use the super stiff joint at the base of the dino hips (these are the forward/backward motion joint for the robot shoulders). Once you get the super stiff dino hip joints in position, you should be able to use the joint where you can position the dino legs outward (like a butterfly joint), the ratcheted joint below the robot shoulders, the ankle rocker, and the un-pegged ankle tilt to balance the dino.

I hope that makes some sense. Like I said it's a bit complicated. But the dino should balance just fine, even in an almost horizontal posture, once you get it figured out.

Wrath is really at a disadvantage compared to other figures.
    - GCreation is not known for its wuality, and so most people would just ignore based on that alone.
    - Not only is this a movie design, it is also a design that barely showed up.
    - Its expensive, too expensive, which isn't to say that it isn't worth a pretty penny, but it shouldn't cost as much as it does.
    - This thing took 3 years to come out, and so interest has probably waned by now.

Your points are valid, but I haven't really heard a good reason as to why Wrath shouldn't cost as much as it does. Yes, it's probably prohibitively expensive, but having bought a lot of MP-style figures over the years, I personally think Wrath actually has one of the better cost/benefit ratios of all figures I own. I mean, I received a Fans Toys FT-43 Dunrunner a few days after Wrath. Dunerunner is a nice figure and costs $100, which I was happy to pay. Compared to Dunerunner I feel like Wrath is a bargain. Now I wouldn't argue with you if you say that everything is too expensive now days, but in terms of the current Transformers toys market, I don't think Wrath's price is an outlier at all.

On the point of Dunerunner, I feel most carbots should be $100ish, with minibots being around $80ish, so he isn't too expensive for what he is. Most bots around the 11-12" mark should and do cost $200. Wrath is should be a minimum of $180, and standard at $200. Given its production though, it being $220+ makes sense, as GCreation pretty much made new systems to make this kind of figure.

I don't want to debate the cost of this figure. But, what exactly is the 'new system'? I've never been clear on what that meant in this case.

Don't know. Maybe the way in which they added texture to the sculpt.

Everyone has this issue at first just due to how the legs are collapsed in the box. Mine couldn’t stand for shit until I fiddled with the joints for a bit and figured out to untab the ankles like @GX9901DoubleX said. Also the ankles seem suuuper tight at first to the point where I wasn’t even sure they were supposed to move, but they definitely do.

So like you have to pay for your employee for R&D for 3 years then I think that price is reasonable. If this project is successful, maybe they will consider the other member of Dinobot.
