Let’s not bring back the worst thing to ever happen to Transformers, thanks.

We can bring back BWII, Neo, and Car Robots characters. That I would tolerate.

Yea, we definitely don't want to bring back KISS Players (friendly reminder that this franchise has worse to offer than Beast Machines :p  )

Eventually I think they'll do it. Probably waiting for nanotechnology to be profitable for the toy marked before they dare touch that stuff. But seriously, sure they will. We just have to live long enough. Kingdom gives us some hope at least. Along with the potential BW movie

Plus everyone came with.. uh, "individual" articulation

I can only speak for myself, but I’m still collecting these new lines mostly for the engineering. I wasn’t a big fan of some of the character designs when the live action movies came out, but because of the awesome Studio series line I started to appreciate those designs much more, because just like war inspires technological advancement, these alien design aesthetics (inadvertently) drove innovation in engineering, and forced designers to come up with new ideas (think RotF which was arguably one of the best engineered lines in franchise history). And similarly there was TF Animated, which helped the development of RotF wi

so even if I wasn’t interested in the Bm designs, I’d be curious to see if/how well they can pull these “Morphing” designs off.

Ahh come on, I was so looking forward to your review. I was up late last night and early this morning looking for your review (like waiting for an Avengers movie trailer). I will not mind reading multiple reviews from you if you wanted to post separate ones and then again with Kup. But, whatever suits your schedule. I very much appreciate all of your descriptions. Thanks for all of your work. You are great, so awesome... is that enough buttering you up for a review today?
Seriously though, appreciate all of your posts.

Much as I love Beast Machines, I sadly have to agree it wouldn't be a good idea to bring back in entirety because it wouldn't sell.

No reason not to pepper in some designs here and there though. Nightscream STILL doesn't have a decent toy.

Says who? If they spend multiple chapters establishing the BW cast at retail Beast Machines would just be another extension of those names on shelves. And pepper in some G1 names in fancy technorganic/Vehicon bodies and you're good to go.

I want to see them take a run at Botanica. If nothing else, that.

When the Happy Meal Nightscream is a contender for best representation of the character, you need to maybe rethink your toy line!

I'd say that things like the Kiss Players cassettes and Autorooper and even Legion are about equal to Beast Machines in terms of the demand I see on these boards. It's the depiction of teenage or pre-teen girls that attract the cringes but I think folks here tend to see a surprising amount redeemable about Kiss Players.

Could the “shut down” (the ones hasbro took down) companies designers maybe have been scouted by hastak? Cuz they seem to be incorporating 3rd party designs cues now

By the same token, what are 3P designers gonna do, sue Hasbro over stealing designs that themselves are based off of Hasbro IP?

It's a bit of a rock and a hard place as a consequence of doing IP infringing work.

I wouldn't mind some BM figures. My wallet needs a break, and that would provide one.

Wrong Prime, yeah. It's the Nemesis with a trailer.

You mean like Earthrise Prime's biceps were blue, but then grey again, and then his eyes kept changing colors between pre-release samples? Yeah, okay.
