I'd guess it'd be a wildly re-imagined Enchantress. They already used her main physical stint by having Skurge in Ragnarok, and some fans in the past were figuring some aspects of the classic version of her might be too problematic for the Disney MCU (though they did have her sister in the Agents of SHIELD show with a similar gimmick)

Just in case anyoen here was worried that they were gonna write out Thor from the MCU and replace him with Jane, that aint happening

 

I think they would have though if Hemsworth wasn't so keen on playing the character still.

 

Yeah, even Chris himself said that prior to Ragnarok he was just waiting to get out, if it wasnt cause fo Ragnarok, Endgame would've been his final film

This’ll definitely help the film’s visuals.

 

Its gonna be weird though since Marvels Phase 2 onward villain strategy is to Amalgamate characters. Their version of Hella was an amalgam of Hella, The Enchantress, and Angela. It might be a bit repetitive. If I had to nominate a villain for Thor 4, I'd like to nominate:

Gorr: The God Butcher

 

Possibly alongside or Mangog too, seeing which comics Taika talked about reading for this movie.



But then we'd get a Thor 2, Malekith and Kurse thing going. Then again we did have Hela and Sutur.

I fear that having yet another person wield Mjolnir could really cheapen the impact of how big a deal picking the hammer up is

 

Don't read the current run of Thor Comics, it will only make things worse

Either way I'm only seeing this for thor and the guardians of the galaxy to see how they progress from endgame. TBH I'm doing that with the MCU as a whole, once all the pre-endgame characters are done I'm out. I must admit I'm not really looking forward to this one.

 

Likely they pick up the broken pieces and bring it to a certain dwarf. I'm sure he still has the molds somewhere.

I'm looking forward to this more than most Marvel movies. I loved Ragnarok and I liked Jane's run in the comics. And however close or far it ends up being from the source comics, I know this director will make it a fun movie. Not much more I can ask for.
