Well I am still learning from my camera. I bought it mostly for cosplays at conventions. However, no, the F-Stop is really the only thing I'm unsure of since I know how to work the ISO and stuff. Never even thought about F-Stop. In fact, I don't even know how to change the F-STop on my camera as there's never been anything in the settings menu that I could find, which is why I never thought of it. It always goes between 5 to 5.6 depending how far out I have the lense.
ISO will have little to do with depth of field (everything is related but just not directly). Definitely pay attention to that part. The basics is the lower the number, the more blur on non-focused areas.
Not sure what kind of camera you have, but on my Canon, for example, you hold down the button that says "AV" on it while turning the shutter speed dial. Higher aperature means larger focus plane. Lower gives you shallower focus plane.
I've got a Nikon D5300. Turns out, per the YouTube video that the +/_ button by the ON/OFF switch is what I need to hold down to change the F-Stop. Wow, I can't believe I didn't do that a long ass time ago. But as they say in GI Joe... Thanks guys. I'll test this out if my putties ever actually arrive.

Does anyone know how the old Flip Head Action Figures scale with the figuarts? I was thinking of buying some junkers on the cheap and using them for customization.

I just got a message back from Hasbro to send them a pic of the figure with my reference number. According to the rep I communicated with via email they won't be starting to ship these until late this month or early next month. They're still waiting on the corrected helmeted heads from the factory.
