Send this back "Please understand, This is not just an issue that effects myself, it is effecting MANY of your customers and will in turn cause negative ramifications in terms of customer satisfaction, retention and indeed your reputation. Your premise that you cannot get replacement items for faulty parts is flawed in the extreme and I do not believe you have made an appropriate attempt to acquire these. I request that you try again or refund my item as it is not of a quality that is acceptable to me. To illustrate further how this could benefit you, I can give you a list of parts that are known to be weak or prone to failure, you can purchase them from your supplier, bag them up and then sell them on your website for, I dont know, $5-10 or something. This would go a long way to allowing people to enjoy their product and continue their relationship with you. If this is not of interest to you, please advise me of a contact at your supplier and I will contact them direct, or again, you can refund my item. I agree put it back together the best you can and send it back. I know it's a KO, but it's $100. I'm going through the same problem with getting replacement parts for my Cang toys landbull from agabyss. It's been a month since I've heard from them. I'm thinking about just asking for a refund and sending it back.
The truth is I got an email saying the factory replied to showZ they did not had any replacement parts now but maybe in 2 or more weeks... I have lost way too many time for this thing so now I just give up.
I meant send back the reply I wrote out for him, of course refunding works as a customer pressure tool as well but getting a "parts shop" set up direct with manufacturer benefits more people...
You are perfectly right. The thing is the dimension of their own part doesn't fit their revised die cast upper thigh part so it's designed to fail eventually.

Which one of these materials will deform the least? As that's the issue with my parts. They have warped and the inside diameter of the upper thigh part is now turning freely inside, disabling the ratchets from the hips.
Its a factory set up from the producers, not a middleman situation, in this case the middleman is show.z, the KO company can stamp out thousands of the relevant parts in an hour for pennies its just a matter of there being a financial reason for them to do so which can be at least two fold here. 1. Negative feedback reducing sales. 2. Spare part market. *Edit* Note, there is little incentive for them to do this without customer pressure or having the opportunity presented to them due to seemingly having demand outstrip supply at the moment.
Shipping sucks, but it DOES get there eventually. I ordered Capone from Baba in like early March and finally got it a few weeks ago! With China shipping it really seems like there's no way to tell what will happen. I ordered stuff I've gotten in like 2 weeks since then, but I also pre-ordered this KO OP and still haven't received it. I know Show-Z is a stand up operation so one way or another it will get sorted. If I still haven't gotten it in another month, I'll hit them up.
Not only China, USPS and even Fedex are on tilt at the moment, after 2 months of a package sitting at some obscure location on a Chinese purchase I made it suddenly started moving again.

Literally every online retailer that carries this and has a description, has the same copy paste description....I understand your frustration but the damned thing, has just started to generate feedback. How should they know its not as advertised, due to internal problems?
