I've been working on this for a few months. Working six days a week since the pandemic started didn't leave me with a lot of time where I felt like working on it and i had some trouble with the blue paint i was using where it would turn white. Turns out that after stripping the paint off several times the issue was fixed by just clear coating it. On top of that the chrome on his thighs got alittle damaged from transformation. I'll fix that at a latter date right now I'm just happy it's done. Anyway sorry if the pictures aren't the best.
Not gonna lie, at first I thought "ugh toy colors, silly yellow eyes, whatever, TOON ACCURACY!" Then I saw you went chrome/metallic. Totally makes it worth it. Fantastic job, looks great.
Nah, yellow eyes and dark navy blue isnt a thing on ER prime. It is on his trailerless pack coming out, but he still has blue eyes. Although, i doubt hastak would make it as beautiful as this if they tried. Love the metallic paint on this..
Yeah I agree HasTak would make one as cool as this. My post was a joke because when I read the title of the threas I thought that they meant ER's toy colors (which would require no painting because it is already in its own colors) and didnt realize they meant G1!
Of all the G1 prime toys coming out at least one of them sould have the toy colors just to have some sort of variety. And the yellow eyes pop better against the blue. Yes to both.
