Nothing has shipped yet. I purchased on 26th May and no shipping at all yet and havent heard anything or any responses on FB messages since the 27th so I don't know what's going on.
Must’ve just missed his family illness then; my Voice Ripple (MST Soundwave) showed up 15 min ago. 10 days total ship from China to Illinois USA for his free flat rate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Just to update. My order arrived in two separate shipments yesterday and today. I still haven't heard from Terry. Hope him and his family are ok.
I've ordered frequently at Terry's. Never had an issue. Just the communication, which comes slowly or not at all. But the package always did and in pristine shape.
had 2 great orders from them. now....a 3rd order shipped over a month ago with no shipping updates via the tracking number. I messaged them on "contact" option of their website (which is an action you can do on each order) more than a week ago. I've yet to hear back from them on it and sent them another message trying to get them to respond - but no dice. any other options? no fb accoutn to use to contac them there.
They have an email adress to which they reply. They don't seem to reply on the contact button for the individual orders. You can find this mail adress on their site. I havent got it memorised unfortunately.
i tried the one they have for aftersales and it bounced back twice. " Any inquiry,message me or email me [email protected]; Aftersales, email me [email protected]. "
Anyone know what's going on with Terry right now? He's gone totally unresponsive, he's not even answering direct Facebook messages or posts. Did something happen?

A few days. I think he has some family issue right now so there is delay, but he will get back to you sooner or later (at least that's for me).

Try his sales email. It's on the site under contact or up top of the page. I got a reply just a few days ago.
