I'm for sure getting the Fossilizers. I would buy those old dino skeleton kits every time I went to a museum and loved putting them together.

Man I wish the BW part of Kingdom was its own thing and we got like 5 Maximal Fossilizers and 5 Predacon Fossilizers like they did with the Fuzors. That'd of been cool.

Though it does make me think.
First two years of Beast Wars was regular animals
Then we got Transmetals (mechanical animals with a 'third mode' that adds vehicle parts to them) and Fuzors (2 animals fuzed together).

Then the year after that we got Transmetal II's who were a variant of cyborg beasts that meshes the organic and mechanical aspects together.

Now the Beast Warriors can add skeleton animals that become weapons/armor to their lists of gimmick. G1 still takes a far lead with triple-changers, Duocons, the various Masters, Pretenders, etc.

I suppose having to be animals does limit the variety of gimmicks you can do with them.

Give the Mutants (Icebird and co.) a robot mode and they could have been the triple-changers of their day. I think they'd to be Mega or Ultra for it to work given the amount of parts involved. Maybe make Fuzors with 3-beast modes fuzed together instead of 2.

Maybe thrown in Mythical Beasts. Megatron started it with his dragon mode. Meanwhile Optimus Primal gets a new body (again) and becomes the origin of Bigfoot.

Looks liek the Fossilizer comes with Primal's weird head mace weapon from the original toyline. Nice.

With their more monstrous appearances i wonder if they're supposed to be like Terrorcon zombies.

It’d be cool if Hot Rod could hold the Mattix but I’ll accept him as he is because he looks like he needs OP’s support and guidance when he becomes the next Prime

Ractonite is the one from the picture? What other Beast Wars weapons could be homaged?
Neat. I wonder what could be different between SS Hot Rod and Kingdom Rodimus Prime robot modes then.

If they want to pull a Cantina Scene to give everyone who ever stood in front a camera for a nanosecond, sure. If they want movie characters that have had actual lines, then SS will have to wrap up. You might have noticed the lack of new live action movies in 2020 or 2021. That's why TFTM is here. You are free to buy them or not. No one is holding a gun to your head and be a completist.

Rhinox's old toy had a sword. They could do something with that.

Digging the Fossilizer so far. :D  He looks pretty weird but in the right ways. It'll be fun messing with them. Also the new Hot Rod figure really does look like a mini MP figure so that's cool.

According to Apollux, the t-rex is Paleotrex and Ractonite is a styracosaurus. According to Phamduc, Ractonite is the t-rex.
We could get a skeletal version of Cheetor's gut gun, maybe. It'd certainly fit with the modulator theme...maybe that's why the styracosaurus' production name was Catbone. Or maybe the final Core Fossilizer is a sabre-tooth.

please say this was your plan, Hasbro, you know we all want the gut-gun
