Had to go back to Knightdale Target today. The pegs were full of the Micromaster shuttle two pack yesterday. Someone cleared them all out by this afternoon.

 

Well, I bought one of each set, this was yesterday around 6 pm. There was only two sets of each when I got there. For all of this week, popfindr had been saying they had 13, and I was checking everyday after work with only the same 5 w1 micros on the peg, until yesterday when popfindr showed someone else had bought 4. So I raced over after work and snagged what I wanted.

If anyone else is looking, Wake Forest Target has 1 shuttle set and 2 race track sets, along with 2 leadfoot this afternoon.

No sign of w2 deluxe anywhere, got my allicon from amazon and was inspired to hunt for the others that are currently delayed from them.

 

I was shocked when I saw them cleared out. Honestly surprised that the MPM Starscream is still there.

 

I picked up the last Skipjack at North Hills today. Still looking for Blitzwing if anyone sees him.

 

I'm not, given the arctic slow trickle that the new stuff is coming out at.

As for the MPM still being there, well, at least for me, between the skyrocketing prices, the complex transformations needed to get show accuracy, lack of room for their large sizes and general burnout, I've left the MP (both official and 3P) scene behind except for the rare interesting piece (like Fan Hobby's Athena and future "Go-shooter", Mastermind's upcoming D-Zef Continuum and Takara's upcoming Raiden). The last official MP I got was BW Megatron when it came and I didn't even take him out of the box once I got him, partially thanks to worries about breakage. Don't even remember what the last 3P MP I got was, think it might have been the Rodimus that turns into a liger. And if I was still buying MPs, I'm just plain not interested in the MPM line.

 

Found SS CJ, Topspin, and Satellite Soundwave at Apex Target. Bought CJ and TS. No Blitzwing or Skipjack.

No ER wave 2 deluxe either. Popfindr showed they had gotten a new case. Had them check in back and it was just a case of more wave 1.

 

Uggggh. Called the Timber Drive Target to see if they had Blitzwing, and they do - but the employee scanned it, saw that the figure's DPCI is dated for October (because that's the website release date), and said they couldn't sell them and would be putting them in the back.

I'm absolutely sick of Target's street date nonsense.

I literally bought Blitzwing yesterday at Apex Target No street date issue

 

I know, because the assortment DPCI isn't street-dated. But the individual item's DPCI (which is only used for online orders) is dated, which the employee thought meant they weren't allowed to sell it. I even convinced them to try scanning it at checkout, and while they said it did ring up successfully, a manager told them that was an "error" and they still weren't allowed to sell it.

 

Btw, checked the Knightdale Target today - they had a single Skipjack, but no Blitzwings (even in the back; asked an employee to check).

They do have Cyberverse Arcee if anyone's still looking for her.

 

Target Mooresville has 1 skipjack but no blitzwing. Gi joe wise they have 1 each of destro, duke, scarlett, roadblock, and 2 snake eyes. Previously saw a beach something or other but forgot to post- he's not there anymore

 

Grove Barton Target had a Skylynx and Skipjack about 1pm this afternoon.

 

Scored a studio series 65 blitzwing at the rocky mount walmart today

Target Mooresville did a major restock but nothing all that new er wise. 2 voyager snapdragons. Wave 1 deluxes. Leader wise an optimus and an astrotrain.

They do have the new studio series deluxe wave with at least 1 of each except Cliff jumper
