I rarely double dip on 3rd party offerings but this might be the one of the only times I make an exception. In the case of Menasor, I mostly want to recreate the pivotal scene from "Masquerade" or failing that, a 3rd party version of that infamous Spidey meme. The Constructicons and Devastator because they're so iconic and memorable in both modes and combined as the first Decepticon super warrior.

As they progress through the combiners, I sincerely hope Fans Toys continues to add little "toy" inspired details to their offerings to break up the vast swathes of solid color that make up the cartoon designs. Devastator especially could benefit from a little detail added to his Floro Dery design. Not so much as to take away from the look but to enhance what's already there. Mixmaster's solid "block" form for the left leg works with the layered colors without adding the headlights or cab wheel wells for extra detail, but Scrapper's whole "two thin stalks and a triangle" look would definitely need more tailoring and support to keep the entire combined bot stable. Hence a little more grit and foundation to reinforce Devastator's appearance without distracting from his shelf presence.

 

When is your Optimus for? I don't understand how they don't get one ...

 

I think there was some shedow of him on last reviele in about march. Maybe untill the end of the year its logical to think that we'll hear some new news about them future releases..

 

Same. Constructor isn't going anywhere for now but I would love some good Constructicons.

 

I'm using my set for bot mode with XTB in combined.

Actually using the FT combiners for bot mode all around. They're too nice looking to just be limbs and torsos for me.

Zeta on the other hand, well, I'm not missing anything with them combined.

Agreed! There's something tragic about taking a beautiful figure like Roadking and plugging him into the back of Marauder for no one to see.
While I like the toon model of Menasor better than the Ox version, I'll still display Marauder with the leg-cars visible from the front. So all that glorious paint on Spoiler and Magnum is visible.

 

Originally I was going to wait on the hope of a boxset. But I've decided to buy the bots individually (due to impatience and no guarantee at all of a boxset). I'm glad I did actually because I get a chance to enjoy each figure as an individual bot and have it's own time in the limelight. If I bought a boxset I might just combine it straight away and that would be that...and that seems like a damn shame.

Yeah, pretty crazy how consistent they’ve been with releases during an insane year.

I need to see some full colour Jazz, Perceptor and Soundwave reveals with a grey render Cliffjumper.

 

I'm eager to see what Huffer looks like in vehicle mode. Hoping for a semi-detailed vehicle mode like Hunk.

Oh, and an update on Scourge would be nice. Please?  

 

But what about the rest of the aerialbots. I need to see the prototypes man, im so eager for the set to be done.

FT need to make Windcharfer and Gears for our season1 transformers.
Also, don't forget Powerglide to go with Warpath.
Goint to buy a dx-9 ko powerglide for the time i guess. It's cheap.  

 

Tfcon is scedule to 24-25th of oct. So i believe well see new updates by the ens of next month

 

TFCon has been cancelled for the entire 2020. There's no guarantee there will be an update.
