The Soundwave shown above is professionally painted. It’s actually a model kit. It comes unpainted and unassembled. I was quoted $325 without shipping. Comes with Ravage and Lazerbeak as well. You can have it done by various studios but that is a separate price I was told.
That's cool. I might save up for it even though it's unpainted, but do you know if their Prime is also for sale or is it just their Soundwave?
Where do I go to get a quote like this? $325 is not a lot when it comes to high end TF models and statues. Professional paint on top of that is still not terrible.
Only have seen them say Soundwave up for preorder. It’s also not colored plastic. It’s light grey. This is from the video that is on the Instagram I preordered from. Should be out in the next month or so.

My favorite thing is new interpretations of the transformers, so I’d definitely be down for more. And I really like the aesthetic.
Does anyone have any alternate ideas. Like I intend to do some sketches but what about Megatron as a cybernetic shark. Replace his dorsal fin with like a cannon that doubles as his arm cannon in alt mode. Or shockwave as a scorpion. His scorpion tail could transform into his arm cannon
After the Sideswipe/bull, the only other reimagining from that book that I care much for is the Soundwave/owl (should be a bat or a kangaroo, tho). Megatron should be a snake. Maybe a rattlesnake.
