We've got a ton of the new MOTU figs where I work. Idk why they're in cases of just 1 character. Mattel's gonna end up taking a big L with this line if they end up shelwarming

 

I don't see an immediate reason for kids to be into these, which would be the only reason to make SO MANY. I could imagine they would look dopey to a kid these days, and there isn't a show or movie out. The old show is mainly embarrasing so youtube won't work.

Now...if Hasbro made Cobra Troopers, Red Ninjas, Baroness in that capacity they could sell them all because of voracious collectors. MOTU doesn't seem to have that kind of driving force behind it.

 

Both the Gunbarrel and Hixson Target's have at least one Leadfoot left. Slightly off topic but I was excited to see that Hixson had all of the second wave of G.I. Joe Classified series but still no Cobra Island anywhere to be seen.

 

i was at Gunbarrel Target at 8am lol. They had 3 leadfoot figures. Glad ya got one ....let me know if ya come across a Blitzwing

 

Maryville Wal-Mart has some Studio Series that I assume are new (I don't collect the series). They have Blitzwing, Cliffjumper, Soundwave as a car and as a satellite, and Scapper. There are some others, but those stuck out to me.

 

Can anybody here confirm if the MOTU Origins figures are out on the sales floor at Lawrenceburg WM? Brickseek says they have Teela and Evil-Lyn in stock...

 

Columbia hunting report: BUST! For me, at least...lol...I did see a few things others might dig, though.

Ollie’s: Marvel 2-packs for $12.99 (Luke Cage set and Thor set). No SW TVC that I could find.

Bargain Hunt: nuthin

Ross: nuthin (had high hopes for them)

WM: One He-Man, One G1 Blaster with a dented box corner, one SS Overload, one Classified Scarlett and one Classified Roadblock. No NECA TMNT.

 

Didn't get to make it up there today, so I'm hoping at least ROTF Soundwave is still sitting there in the morning when I go. Fingers crossed!

 

Maryville Walmart got one more Studio Series Skipjack and Topspin left. No Blitzwing. ROTF Soundwave left with me.

Maryville Target didn't have much, however I got the last Studio Series Leadfoot.

 

Northshore Target has plenty of Earthrise Seeker packs. Not much else.

 

So I bit the bullet and ordered Earthrise Megatron of eBay payed about $45 for him, and ordered Earthrise Wave 2 deluxes off Megalopolis usually I don't like dealing with them since they take a while to ship anything but since they had all four I figured I would order them due to nothing showing up here

 

I just want to throw out a big THANK YOU to everybody who's wiping out all the SS Cliffjumpers. I hit 5 Walmarts today, only 2 had the new wave & both had 2 Topspins, 2 Soundwaves & 0 Cliffjumpers. Nice! Real nice!

Cliffjumper is so popular that you're going to totally skip all the others? Wipe out all the Cliffjumpers & leave the rest of the wave just hanging there??? WTF?

G1 Blasters at the Lenoir City Walmart

 

Lawrenceburg WM actually had a few Teelas and one Man-at-Arms on the pegs...no signs of Evil-Lyn or Beastman. They also have a FUCKTON of He-Man and Skeletor...like, I don’t think they will ever need another shipment of those two figures ever again.

They have MCU Cable and blue Deadpool, Sunspot and Maverick.

There was nothing new TF-wise.

Nothing notable Star Wars-related either.

No NECA TMNT.

 

Finally got the target seeker two pack and leader class optimus prime at the murfreesboro target

 

Just found some studio series figures at the Franklin Walmart really surprise that they had stuff mostly Jeep bumblebee was sitting on the pegs, they had one cliffjumper left and found one Blitzwing hiding behind the earth rise leaders which left with me other than that mostly things I've seen before nothing in Earthrise except for Doubledealer which they had

 

Found topspin, soundwave, and blitzwing at the Walker springs walmart...only one of each were there and I left a Cliffjumper (since I got him off amazon)

 

Spring Hill Target has a SS Leadfoot, a half a dozen seeker 2 packs and 3 clone two packs. Not much of anything remote. Still had 5 siege Shockwaves lol...
