Yep. It's a shame too. That cutter torch gun and remote control device, featured in the G1 episode "The Key To Vector Sigma Part 1", looks nice.
However the cutter gun and remote accessories from 3rd party company Shockwave Lab are still available from @Uncle Billy's online store and their Ebay store. Not to mention the Shockwave Lab version is in the correct color.
I might have to pick the sit up for my IT-01 KO MP-36.

It is good that they cancelled it cause their KO of the GT OP is really lackluster. It has lower quality plastic than the ori and there is some QC issue with the gritting tolerance.

With three companies already making excellent better than ori KO like THF, IT, and Magten not sure why another company feel the need throw their hat into the ring if they are not gonna make it vastly superior to the rest.

 

Dumb question - this bad boy arrives tomorrow according to USPS. Does it transform exactly like MP-36? Can I watch a transformation video on youtube of MP-36 and use that to transform this guy? Thanks!

Holy cow, when I joked I set aside two hours to transform it, I didn't think it would ACTUALLY TAKE TWO HOURS.

 

  I think I took about 45min with mine. It's not the worst... but it's not fun either.

I'd be more excited about transforming him if A ) he didn't look and feel so good in bot mode, and B ) the gun mode was actually worth getting to. It's actually one of the uglier MP-style Megs gun-modes, I think.

One thing I found is that closing panels on the alt-mode is a lot harder if you've got the "curly" chest plate attached. I think it's just a fraction of a cm thicker, and so it's harder to get everything to line up. Seems smoother with the default chest.

I was wondering why I was having such a hard time. The next time I transform it (which probably won't be until I get the reprolabels for it) I'll try a normal chestplate.

 

I had a feeling if you spend that much time transforming him, you were probably getting stuck on the same issue I was.  

But for me, Dynastron is all about the G1 toy-style aesthetics (with the Micro Change face and curly chest), so I couldn't bear to go back to the plain chest plate.

The G1 aesthetics were actually the main reason I went with him over IT. I’m even thinking about getting the G1 reprobate labels but I think I’m gonna hold off on that.

I think he has one of the better Scope/canon Voice Chips, plus a proper purple LED. Brilliant to use the Devastation sound bites. Even though I like IT-01 Infinite Transformations one a little better. This one is most unique in it dark silver-ish finish.

 

Ok, I have a weird question - does anyone have the orange caps that came with it/MP36/IT and they don’t want them? I’m the 1% that actually does want orange caps for it (I have toddlers) and mine didn’t come with them. I’ll happily pay for your time and shipping if anyone is willing to send them my way.

 

If they came with either figure I'd likely have them as I wouldn't likely toss them- and I have both figures. I'll have to look but they're yours if you want them and you're in the US.
