To be honest, I wouldn't really mind imagining SG Ratchet as a new Decepticon by applying some stickers if this end up the only SG stuff.

Yeah I just think they put their foot on the scale with that Ratchet. You either like it or really don't. I'm a fan of SG and I'm not cool with that Ratchet.
The Prime is good though. They had real options though. The best being Soundwave, but they chose this guy.... I think it's because neither requires remolding and I bet Prime and the Soundwave mold are two high budget figures that can't be paired together.

Reminds me when they put Impactor on the fan vote...

I need SG Megatron though, you can pair it with whatever jabronies you want.

After this and the Diaclone pack, I hope Selects isn't moving towards multipack. Feels like that would limit sales for a line that's already very niche.

 

Fair enough, I figured with only a smattering of releases since the BotCon sets that this theme was done, and that people wanted different characters to be serviced now. Glad there's a reception for these somewhere!

 

Yeah, i can see them just trying to at least continue these two themes via single-pack figures.

Why didn't they officially celebrate the 10th anniversary of this Anti-Universe in 2018?
