Despite the ER versions being pretty much better in every way, I'd say the Siege versions are still better than the old Universe 2.0 molds. As with most Transformers around that time, the transformations are fiddly and proportions aren't so good. The Universe face sculpt is really bad too.

 

I agree. Siege versions were better than the universe datsun mold; however, the new earthrise datsun mold blows both siege and universe out of the water.

Have the coneheads been restocked yet?

 

Heard orders for Ironhide and Prowl are being delayed but mostly cancelled from Amazon.ca. I got my preorders as a Birthday gift from my parents. What will happen now?

 

If you got your pre-order in early enough you'll either get it or it will be delayed.

That happened with my Coneheads pre-order ordered it on my birthday it didn't get delivered on the 15th but was delivered a few weeks later

 

No. Theyre still fulfilling pre-orders.

 

I don't even know when my parents preordered it. I told them about it like a day or 3 after they went up. We once had an argument about another Amazon Exclusive that was up, I told my family I wanted to order it, but they were gone in like an hour and they didn't place it.

 

The head looks like it is wearing one of those Revolution era wigs.

PSA for anyone who missed out on the Conehead preorders: Keep a mad eye out for warehouse deals. They seem to be coming in and out as preorders are getting fulfilled. I snagged a deal over the weekend and just got them in today, in an Amazon box no less. My set was definitely a return as the actual Conehead box had blanked out shipping labels all over, front and back, and the top was opened and haphazardly re-taped. The actual figures, however, were still tied to the plastic tray and in great condition, aside from some small paint flaws. (I even lucked out on Ramjet's shoulder assembly!)

 

Where would one find "warehouse" deal listings bro?

 

They would be on the product page, where it says "Available from these sellers." Since Amazon's warehouse deals are technically separate from Amazon proper, they get lumped with all the 3rd party sellers.

I pre-ordered my copy of Earthrise Dirge and Ramjet on July 27th, it is now September 17th and Amazon still has not shipped it out. All they state is, "not yet shipped." I really hope that the Coneheads get restocked soon.
