Finally opened Destro and he is my new fav. I'm in love with the retail release Snake Eyes, my copy has a good waist joint and the knife fits. If SE is a 95, Destro is a 96.
Classified and Amazon are in a bipolar, dysfunctional relationship. Arctic SS had an original arrival date of 10-05. I receive an email saying it is ahead of schedule arriving on 09-01. Then yet another email delaying it until 09-22 through 10-17. Now a final email stating it has shipped and is due on 09-08. I'll take it, don't get me wrong, and yes I know we are all living under extenuating circumstances, it's just strange with all the back and forth.
They hired a got damn Televiper to program the preorder system, probably the same guy Target has outsourced from Extensive Enterprises inputting the streetdates, but works for Amazon during the weekends.
The glasses on that copy are ridiculously clear/good. I'm up to like my fifth heavy coat of Future on the lenses, and they're not that clear.

I believe this is what’s known as a happy accident. Lol. I’d keep it if I were you. Especially if you were wanting a second one anyway. The Red Ninja seems tougher to find at a decent price than Arctic Storm Shadow.

Yeah, it’s frustrating. I know with the Storm Shadows that a lot of people ordered, including myself, they didn’t update that they were going to be over a month late until the day that we were all supposed to have them.
Sad part is I ordered sunglasses today from Amazon. Scheduled delivery is tomorrow. I just don't get it!

Same. I don't care if it gets delayed, but I hate that they wait until the day of to do it since it makes budgeting really annoying.
I decided that I just couldn't accept all-green weapons for BH. But you can't just simply paint them all-black, you'll get paint chips the moment you wrangle them into the hands or holsters. And if you do "all black except for the grips" then it looks odd IMHO, like BH has "frankenstein/mistake" weapons, and not "intentionally camo green" customizations. So, lots of "painting until it looks good while trying to avoid anywhere that makes contact", I got this: (painted Baroness' blade too, while I was at it---her blade is so loose in the scabbard that a coat of paint could only help). Haven't tried putting BH's pistol or knife in yet, I want them to dry like a week first----the plastic the weapons are molded in is slightly rubbbery, and it's affecting the paint----the paint is staying a smidge rubbery/tacky... The pistol "rubs on all sides" in the holster, so I thought it likely that any paint would rub off, and would be best i just replace with another----but if I go that route, there's nothing to lose by at least trying to repaint the original.
