Anyone know if there are any issues with postage to the eu.

Either my tracking number has just stopped working or my package has really been stuck in Hong Kong for 30 days.

It may come this coming week, it might not, I'm just getting a bit worried it may have been lost in transit.

 

It all depends on which shipping service you used I believe. I wasn't thinking and used Surface Registered Mail. And no updates since July.

I want thinking when I was selecting the option either.

 

I sent an email this week to robobase.com a few days ago. regarding the status or another option. Hopefully he will reply soon w/an alternative answer. I don't want t miss out on it.

 

I use EMS shipping when ordering from Tony and i usually get it 3-4 days after ordering since i'm in asia.

But since COVID, that has ballooned to 3-4 weeks. Might be the same case for you guys too, only extended a bit more if you chose a slower method of shipping.

 

I just ordered the upgrade kits, KFC hands and Shadow Fisher doors, for MP-30 Ratchet 5 days ago and they’ve just arrived. They were packed well and undamaged.

This is a welcomed and reliable site for me now  

 

I had a look over the confirmation emails and just realized that for the postage option I picked the estimated delivery time is 50-70 days.

So yeah, I should have picked the other option instead

On the bright hand side my package has been in transit for 60 days so I should expect it soon

 

I know I shouldn’t bump this, but if you are ever looking for something kinda rare or a third party figure, I HIGHLY recommend Robotoy Base. My figures from China came today (I’m in Minnesota, USA) and they shipped out on the 3rd. The fact that they got here in less then a week, let alone in the midst of a global pandemic, is OUTSTANDING.

 

I've ordered from them a couple of times now, with good results, but I've never gotten a turnaround that quick.

I have ordered from RTB once before - a rather large order - after hearing from many that it was quite reputable and they have had good experiences. I too had a good experience.

BUT - I just ordered something from them last night - 1 figure and a set of KFC hands - They took payment and then refunded it a few hours later. Both items are still showing in stock at the same price. No reason was given for the refund. Anyone else have this happen?

 

Hasn't happened to me yet but Tony usually replies within 24hrs if you send him an email. I've also tried ordering the item from him via email as well and he sends me a direct paypal invoice. Maybe you can try that route?

 

More than likely out of stock,had it happen wiith a maketoys meteor, purchased it thinking sweet, same thing happened he did message me telling me it was not in stock then changed it on his website

I received mine but haven't had a chance to open the box and inspect the figure and check if the screws need to be cleaned. Hectic times from collecting dang it.
