I am probably in tge minority here since tge fanboys worship everything Takara does...... Anyhow, I sold off my Takara Nemesis as soon as I found out the spoiler 2 pack was him and saw the pics. He just looks mean in alt mode and I like the colors on him way more. I was never a fan of the teal on Nemesis. He comes with way more for half the price. I got my preorder in when it went live which sealed the Takara versions fate.

 

I have a lot of nenesis prime figures but this could be the definitive version....

He definitely comes with more, but isn't half the price unless you weren't able to get a preorder for the Takara Nemesis and had to source it on the 2nd hand.

 

The takara nemesis isn't cheap though. The Netflix siege is reasonable for what you get.

 

The Takara Nemesis Prime retailed for $47.90. Mine was $60.19 total shipped on my robotkingdom preorder. So again, Netflix Nemesis Prime does not retail for half the price of Takara's Nemesis Prime. You do get more with the Netflix one, but it also carries a higher MSRP. If you got a preorder for the Takara Nemesis the price was also reasonable.

I just love the concept of a cloned or evil version of optimus and hope we see a proper nemesis in idw2 and not the nova becomes nemesis mess of idw1.

And of course on the second Netflix series as well.

 

So I got mine for 88 which was good for the time because preorders went so quick. I don't follow robot kingdom. They basically stole money from me twice and it took months to recover both times.

That being said the Takara version doesn't look that good to me. Now it is at about 140ish to 150 on ebay. I sold and bought this Nemesis and I am getting a much better deco with way more accessories imo. Only thing is I wished it had a matrix chamber.

I've never had the displeasure of being conned by them in the last 12 years Ive bought and paid for new Transformers pre-orders, thankfully. I am not their advocate, neither am I their spokesman, but that's really horrendous business practice... perhaps they've changed Management, or you were just unlucky and got conned by a dishonest employee. I hope Robotkingdom had the dignity and did the righteous thing to admit their screw-up and own up by rectifying their issues.

Re: Netflix Spoiler Box wave 2 Nemesis Prime set, thankfully, as Im living in Asia, I took the total cheaper shipping option, which was just 11 bucks, bringing the total price paid for this bad boy at just USD 81.

 

Can't wait for this figure i was tempted to get another 2 Er primes and recolor them to sg prime and nemesis just to have them in collection

 

I still totally wanna make a custom ER SG Prime. I just have clue where to begin because I'll pretty much have to repaint everything.

 

Yeah same as I've never repainted anything other then warhammer minis and yeah I'm not good at painting
